I've been a member for over 5yrs. The service is immaculent! The manager Fennessa is the very best! She goes above and beyond to make sure every customer is happy! She keeps a smile on her face at all times, and it's very obvious from her employers that she's a great boss as well! I recommend everyone gives this car wash a try and say Hello to fennessa while you're there!

Oil change was good guys very nice. Paid for car wash and lady was very rude. Was told to go through car wash then cam out I told them I was supposed to have inside done too. She(lady in red with lots of tattoos) griped at me told me I went the wrong way, when it was the workers that told me to go the wrong way. Did a piss poor job inside and rushed me out. I dropped 130 dollars least they could do is do the job right. I usually leave a tip for the people who are cleaning at the end but not today.

DO NOT GO HERE! You are throwing away your money. Took forever and they did a lousy job. Worst full service car wash I've ever been to. I'd give zero stars if I could.

Just got back from the wash and opened the back hatch to this. Really bad job after waiting nearly an hour to do . . . This. To far to take it back. Now need to look somewhere else for a full service car wash.

They did an awful job, they didn’t even vacuum out the back of the car. There were spots missed everywhere. I was able to watch two women who did the inside and they were constantly looking off in the distance at something else catching their attention and looked like zombies, all zoned out. It was odd. Thankfully it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg but I’ll definitely never go back.

I have a 2019 Equinox. Never been in the shop other than routine service. Went to the Mobile to get my oil changed and within 200 miles my car was sitting at the dealership with the engine light on. The guys did not put my car back together correctly and I had to pay 212.00 for engine diagnostic and it was caused by incorrectly installed parts from Mobile. Then when I brought it to their attention, I get a call, it's not their fault.

Had a great experience at the Sparkling Image Car Wash in Conroe. They did an amazing job on my truck and above all they had excellent customer services. The cashier Fennessa was truly a beautiful soul who welcomed me with a smile and compliments that really made my day. 10/10 highly recommend if not for a great car wash for an unforgettably pleasant customer service experience. She really knows how to make a bad day into a good one. Thank you Fennessa for your kind words and sweet disposition!

These people are terrible. Paid for the max and there still trash inside the car. Dirt and sand didn't get vacuumed or thrown away. Asked them to do it right and they told me no. Terrible customer service and job

after reading the other reviews I'm not surprised by how my car was treated. I wish I would have read the reviews before I paid almost $90 for a detail, or else I would not have gone there. pulling back up to my car to pick it up I immediately noticed how the outside of the car was not even dried off. water run spots everywhere. the inside was wiped down, obviously, but the job was half done. console wasn't even cleaned which was supposed to be cleaned. seats weren't even wiped off with anything. after speaking with the manager (I'm assuming it was the manager) he was laughing the entire time and telling me it's just hard water spots. yet the spots come off with my finger. terrible customer service. these people are just there looking for a pay check they don't really care about how well they clean your car. definitely will not be going back. save your money and just do it yourself. if I could give negative stars I would.

Wow... I know I usually go through Top Soap but I figured I was short on time and thought I'd pay for the full service. Maybe it's Biden or just the new ownership but the same wash as Top Soap with the privilege of having someone else wipe down your car and vacuum is $29 where you do the vacuum and it's $16. I'm not lazy and with the price of gas this will be the last time to visit this "full service" joint.

Don’t go here. They did a crumby vacuumHardly wiped down the inside. I asked for them to finish and the manager said “that’s the best I get unless I get a full detail”. I paid $35 for inside and out. Won’t be backServices: Auto detailing
