Dale was awesome. In an industry filled with crooked players, he was a superstar and very accommodating. He handled our situation professionally and towed our sports car delicately. I can’t speak any higher for a tow service than what A Plus did for us! 5 stars all the way!

They are amazing! We were stuck on 45 and needed a tire changed as it was too dangerous to get out and do it myself
They got to me in 15min and had us safely on our way!

We wrecked our car and A+ Towing picked our car up and took it to the yard and his wife helped me find a rental car because we were out of state and the car rental places closed at 12:00 on Saturday. Then he helped my husband unload our car and she took the 4 of us to the car rental place. I have never had a company that treated us with such kindness and caring. Then we found out that we had left some important keys in the car that we needed and she mailed them to me. Highly recommend their company. They went above and beyond.

It was late but we figured we would give it a shot. Our call was answered late at night and they came out as soon as possible to assist getting our vehicle out of the impound. They had even put the freshly purchased pupusas in the fridge. That's what I call people who truly take the time and show concern. Thank you for such excellent customer service!

Driver does not think the rules of the road apply to him. He failed to yield at a yield sign coming within inches of hitting my car. Once I maneuvered around and passed him he laughed and waved. I would never trust a company that would hire drivers like that.

This guy has problems and almost every car he tows has to get a alignment afterwards used him plenty of times but it's starting to add up with alignments to all my customers I refer

My son was stranded on I45 and it was almost dark. Dale was very helpful in sending a truck out to him right away. The driver was kind enough to drop the car off at a tire store close to our home. Great customer service and very friendly.Service: Car towing

First off, they gave a business card with the name Big City Oaks with a different number. We have been calling the number only to find out it changed to A Plus Towing (different number) been trying to get our wrecked vehicle but nobody answers the. GD phone. I feel like our vehicle is just sitting there racking up fees. DON'T USE THIS PLACE we're still trying to get our vehicle off their property.

Jeep stopped running on the feeder road on I45, Dale was there quickly and was able to tow me home. Dale is a phenomenal tow truck driver and person! Dale gave us a ton of knowledge about what it could be and recommended using our Costco membership for the battery replacement since they come with a lifetime warranty! Their number is now stored in my phone under The Best Wrecker Service, so I have it for me or my family.

My insurance provided a tow driver from this towing company, complete trash. The guy was super rude that I wouldn’t even feel safe riding in his truck while being towed. If you don’t like what you do change jobs, that’s easy.
