We had a wonderful experience with AlphaGraphics Conroe. Their customer service rep Yvonne Muegge was prompt and extremely helpful in providing the quotes and following up throughout the printing process. It was easy to communicate with her, and she guided us through everything seamlessly. Gary stepped in for her whenever she was not present. Yvonne conformed with the scheduled timeline and had our books ready for the Peaceful Planet Annual Retreat on April 12th. The printed books were of excellent quality. They were well-received, completely sold out and we needed to order reprints. Our entire team had a positive experience and we look forward to working with AlphaGraphics Conroe again in the future for all our printing needs.

I want to give a public shout-out to AlphaGraphics on Frazier in Conroe for meeting my completely unreasonable demands for a print job of important paperwork I was unable to produce myself owing to an unexpected emergency with my son yesterday. I submitted a quote last night, after hours, and asked them to have it to me within an hour of my approval of the job estimate. Gary was courteous, professional, and extremely accommodating. I highly recommend them for any printing or sign production task you need. They will be my go-to the next time I need something like this. Thank you!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. MY COMPANY ORDER A ACRYLIC SIGN FOR THE OFFICE ON OCT 5, 2020. CUSTOMER REP FOR ALPHA GRAPHIC AT THIS CONROE LOCATION INFORMED THAT IT WILL BE DELIVERED IN 5 TO 7 DAYS AFTER THE PROOF HAS BEEN APPROVED. THE PROOF WAS APPROVED OCT 5, 2020. I CONTACTED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ON 10/14/2020 ( 9 BUSINESS DAYS) ASKING WHAT IS THE ETA ON THE SIGN . CUSTOMER SERVICE BECAME COMBATIVE AND STATED THEY DID NOT SAY THAT IT WILL BE 5 TO 7 DAYS EVENTHOUGH IT WAS STATED IN AN EMAIL THAT I FORWARDED BACK TO THEM. ANOTHER WEEK PASSED, I CALLED ON 10/22/20 AND ASKED WHERE IS THE ACRYLIC SIGN AND THEY STATED THAT THE PRINTER WAS BROKEN AND THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY ARCYLIC TO MAKE THE SIGN....SIGH!!! WHICH LEADS US TO 10/26/20 WITH THEM STATING THAT THEY WILL HAVE THE SIGN DELIVERED ON THE 10/28. ON 10/28 AT 4PM THE SIGN WAS NEVER DELIVERED!! CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY WERE RUDE, DID NOT OFFERE AN SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM BECAME COMBATIVE AND HOSTILE . WHEN I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND THE SIGN STILL BE DELIVERED...DO NOT USE THEM!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE HORIBBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
