Yesterday me & my husband went into the bank my husband had a 18 wheeler fire & he lost everything.
Being that we share an account I went into the bank with him to cancel his debit card get a new one because he didn’t have his identification yet! Billy said he had it under control he’d take great care of us!
Well today I had $1500 worth the stuff on Amazon but I was told this card was closed so how could this happen!
He never closed the card down after speaking to customer service they told me they knew nothing about the situation!
This is shameful I been with the bank more than 8 years my father banks here our companies are through here!!!
Denise is the only one I know truly cares!!!

During my recent visit to the bank, I was unfortunate to encounter a lack of courtesy and respect from one of the tellers. He was an older, Caucasian male with glasses. I apologize, I did not get his name because I was working with a different teller when he commented. However, I'm sure your team can figure it out. He made dismissive and disrespectful remarks when I inquired about specific coins or denominations, suggesting that numismatic individuals are 'creepy and weird'. This attitude is not only inappropriate but also damages the reputation of your establishment.
I understand that dealing with diverse customer needs can sometimes be challenging, but it is crucial that your staff maintains a professional demeanor at all times. Please coach him on the importance of treating all customers with respect and courtesy, regardless of their requests.

Hold placed on check for 10 days!!! The check cleared the bank five days ago. They need to treat individuals and not just some computer spitting out information.

Mr. Williams was rude when I was acquiring information about adding someone to a banking account. He was very disrespectful towards disabled people. Refused any accommodations and laughed about Effective Communication with ADA. He believes that he doesn't have to treat disabled people with respect. He hung up on me over the phone because he didn't want to answer general questions.I had to call another branch to obtain the number to file a complaint. The corporate office wasn't too thrilled about how he treated me. Hopefully, Mr. Williams will learn to treat people with respect.

I have been a customer of Amegy for over 20 years. From day one when I first met Denise at the West Davis location she was very professional , caring and understood my frustration with my previous bank (not willing to give me a vehicle loan even though I had great credit). Denise took over and took me under her wing and was able to get me my vehicle loan within days after I opened an account with Amegy.ANY time I have a question or I need any banking needs I know I can pick up my phone and call Christina (also at the Teas location) or Denise. Christina is also very professional and knows her job and can guide me to get the best out of Amegy.Anytime anyone asks where to bank I always recommend Amegy!!!I especially LOVE to walk into Amegy at Teas Crossing or West Davis and I’m greeted by my first name.This is the way all banks should be towards each of their customers. I wouldn’t bank at any other bank as ling as Amegy is around.I wanted to rate Amegy as a TEN STAR not as a five star.Amegy is the best.

How many others were locked out of their Amegy accounts during and after tropical storm Harvey? By locked out I mean received a message that you either didn't have an account or that your credentials were incorrect even though you're 100% certain they are, in fact, correct and worked right before the storm. Happened to me and my husband (separate accounts). That aside the customer service is poor, the web site is poor, the Android app is poor. Twice when my card was skimmed (by someone in another state and by someone in Italy) even though I came into the local bank office to prove it wasn't me skimming my own card I was told my accounts all had to be locked down for 10 business days. When I asked how I'm supposed to pay my bills I was told that was not their problem. They made the entire process painful and lacked any empathy. I will say the representative that I spoke to today to fix my "account doesn't exist" and "credentials invalid" issues was perfectly pleasant and helpful and I'll admit I started the call pretty snarky, but she remained professional and polite which settled me down. But sadly one good representative in 10 + years, does not a good company make.

Our experiences with Amegy Bank have always been good. I used to bank with Klein bank in To all, and when Amegy bought them out I was prepared to bank shop. Amegy seamlessly continued the tradition of great customer service that Klein established. The online banking is very user friendly. The couple occasions questionable charges appeared on my card, they were taken care of with no hassle. Very good bank!
