This place is awesome! I have purchased two fridges and an oven from them on separate occasions. They have high quality appliances, great install times and super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend!

Horrible customer service, we purchased a refrigerator from Brandon , when delivered it wasn’t the one we picked out and and very quickly it had a mechanical issue we can’t get anyone from management/warranty to call us back this was October 19 and it’s now November 9 th and we just want our money back and for them to pick up their refrigerator, we were forced to purchase another refrigerator for somewhere else that has great customer service! We also made them aware of issues with in the seven day return window and also purchased a extended warranty from them

Purchased a brand new standup washer and dryer, dryer was broken upon installation. I was told when I purchased it that there was a warranty on it and if anything was broken, they would come out to my house and fix it or replace it if it couldn’t be fixed. Well, when I reached out to this company about my issue, they said they would put in a warranty claim and get somebody out to fix it. One week later, I’m still getting the runaround. Nobody is cooperating with me or reach reaching out regarding fixing this issue.. I finally got the number to the warranty claim place and I had to call them over 10 times to get someone to answer the phone, Whenever somebody finally did answer the phone, I found out that I had to load up the unit and drive it there myself to see if it could be fixed or replaced.
Purchase this unit for my senior father glad he has me otherwise he wouldn’t be able to get his washer and dryer fixed. To make a long story short, save yourself a headache and just go to Lowe’s or Home Depot because this place is a joke.

Terrible experience. Came in with cash in hand for a new range. It took the “sales person” 25 minutes to figure out what the price was. When he came back with the price it was more than buying brand new from Samsung directly. Very shady place with zero organization.

Bad delivery service they tell you one time and they don't deliver. I was told that the delivery was going to be between noon and 5 pm it's now 7 pm and still no delivery. I called several times the only response I got was I was going to get a call from they driver about what time my delivery was going to arrive. Bad customer service and bad delivery. Wasted my whole day

Amazing customer service! Great product choices! Great Prices! I just made my second purchase from them. Need an appliance, save yourself time and money go here first. I went to the other nearby locations to price compare but they had the better products and deals.
