I arrived today at 7:21 pm. There was 1 car in front of me and I got turned around and told the car in front of me was the last one. The place closes at 8. I took my car to another car wash after that. I had a membership with them and I will be canceling. There weren’t any cars behind me either and it was still 40 mins till closing. The car wash takes less than 10 mins by the time I wouldn’t gotten out it still wouldn’t have been closing time. Very disappointing.

Like every Friday, today I went to wash my car at AQUA. Everything was great as always, but this time something happened that I just have to share—because it says so much about the people running this place, especially the manager, Grant.
After finishing the car wash, I started cleaning the inside. I began on the driver's side and when I closed the door to move to the passenger side, I realized the doors were locked. My keys, purse, and phone were all inside! Total panic. No phone, no money, no way to call anyone. I tried everything I could to open it, but nothing worked, so I went to the office for help.
That’s where I met Grant, the manager. I explained what had happened and even though he told me the person who might help with that wouldn't be in until later, he didn’t even hesitate—he asked where I lived and offered to drive me home to get my spare key (luckily I live just 6 miles away in Artavia). On the way, I told him this had never happened to me before, and he was so kind and reassuring, telling me there’s a first time for everything and helping me feel calmer.
Thanks to him, I was able to pick up my key and get everything back on track. This experience reminded me that excellent service isn’t just about how well they wash your car—it’s about the kind of people who are there when you need them most.
Thank you, Grant! AQUA is lucky to have someone like you—someone who goes the extra mile and leaves a lasting impression. Customers like me? With you, forever. 🙌🚗💙

I’ve been a loyal customer of Aqua and have always appreciated the quality of service. It’s been my go-to car wash for some time. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was a major disappointment. My car sustained a deep chip during the wash. After reviewing footage from my vehicle’s Sentry Mode, I confirmed the damage occurred inside the wash and not due to external factors in the days before.
What’s been more frustrating is the lack of response. I’ve been unable to get in touch with anyone at the location or through other communication channels. I’m sharing this here in hopes of finally reaching someone who can help resolve this issue.
Whether it was caused by loose debris or a mechanical issue, I hope Aqua will take this seriously and offer a fair resolution.

Let me first say, I always use Quick Quack and due to traffic I went here today for a basic wash, then as per usual, I vacuum and detail the inside here. Even with pre-spraying cleaner on my wheels and tires (I have a Texas Edition Silverado) the wash was significantly less effective and $2 more than the basic wash at Quick Quack. I also was only able to find one clean rag in the vacuum bays, despite an employee being onsite cleaning out the trash cans. I looked for him for rags and couldn’t find him. The vacuums are about the same though, so that’s a plus. On the bright side they have a huge area for vacuuming and cleaning with plenty of stalls. It was clean and well run. The equipment was all functioning. It’s just not going to be where I return.

WOW! $30 For a wash. No thanks. The top brush did not even get my hood. Neither one of them. Left my rims fairly dirty too. Don't take your car there if it's low like my SLK. You only get half a wash.

The wash tore off the cover of my sideview mirror. I filled out a claim form there and was told by Grant that he'd call me after closing, and he did not. Grant also promised that he (the business) would pay for a replacement. Which also hasn't occurred because he is unreachable due to his voicemail being full and not answering my calls.

They never have any rags, it's literally no one comes to check on you. Employees just stand there!
