Do not go here unless you want to get SCAMMED. Was told one thing by Lincoln and when the bill came it was a whole other matter entirely. She told me that she does not work off of commission and just there to help save people money, that was clearly a lie. She made an error on updating a phone, told me that we would be able to get those fees waived due to her mistake. Turns out, that was also another lie. Just save yourself and go to a real AT&T store.

The new store manager Omar was a tremendous help in getting some last minute Christmas shopping done. I spoke with him earlier that day, and not only did he remember the call, he also remembered the specific type of IPad I was looking for! I will only be handling my AT&T business at this store from now on!
