Bad business they bought a sign from me then never paid for it I had to pay my boss out of my own pocket because I took his word that he was going to come back and pay for it. It cost me over $240

Called for their service and this man's words were. "You sure you paying the hook up fee($125) plus the miles. Cause once we hook and payment isn't made then it gets impounded...Learn how to do business with folks. If I wasn't paying I wouldn't be calling. But you folks are one of them people that take advantage of others in need of towing services

ATK towing illegally towed my Motorhome from a HEB Parking lot, despite not being illegally parked, parked there for 4 hours while my fiancee and i ate lunch, and my phone number posted on the driver and passenger door in case it needed to be moved. They have denied us access to our personal possessions despite having the documents required by TDLR to retrieve personal property (Bill of sale signed by registers owner and proper identification) which included everything we own (We live in our Motorhome). And have made false claims stating that we have called multiple times to say we were coming to release our vehicle, when in fact we made one call, came in person with documents to get our stuff, and we're very rudely told we have to have more documents which aren't required by law to gain access to our vehicle.

How are they even in business? Rips people off, Denys damages to vehicle, parks it in a pos dirt lot with potholes, and possibly steal your stuff (cash) from your car (Conroe location)

Total scums of earth running this place. This dude in charge acts like a serial killer threatening and cussing at women half his size in the middle of the night. Should be locked up acting the way he does. Should be kept on a leash and away from society.

I was in a motor vehicle accident and these clowns surrounded us like vultures. They proceeded to lie to my husband and i about different procedures to get us to let them tow the car. They then refused to realease the vehicle to the collision shop until payment was made even though they would get their money the following day. They instead took my vehicle to their storage lot (where is it would accrue more money) and refused to release it even after my insurance got involved and sent payment, saying it wasnt enough money. Please people, dont eve use this company. Call your insurance and go through them. And also, dont listen to their lies, they just want money!!!

Not that I can't relate, but they did not want to go to work after hours. Vehicle was towed from general parking by another company after hours and stored here. I was absolutely screwed and they did not make an effort to meet business/legal obligations. Would not even tell me the address to pick up my truck after it was towed. "24 hour" service but didn't want to meet me within promised one hour. Waited outside and calls/messages were being ignored. Then charged me an extra day storage when I showed up. I will say that the folks I talked to onsite were pretty nice. You won't need this review until it's too late. Sorry, but this is what's wrong with lack of regulation. You think government is bad? Ha!!
