April is the best!!! Very knowledgeable, very polite, and very professional. She was able to answer any and all questions I had about my service, my plan, my phone and my options regarding the above. She installed the new accessories on my new phone, showed me how to use it, and copied the contents of my old phone to my new one. You need more people like her.
