I went in there today, and wanted to simply transfer my line to another account and Matt lied to my face saying that it couldn’t be done in store after I stated that the account holder was present. I have a family member that works for the company and she warned me that employees sometimes will refuse to help you when it’s something that will not pay them any commission and I was really disappointed to see that it is very much true. He gave attitude the whole time and refuse to speak to another rep I had on the line to explain to him what we were trying to do. Overall, horrible experience and I do sure wish that AT&T hires more kind people with better customer service. 0/10 do not recommend.

Came in to see if they got any IPhone 15 pro max’s in yet but unfortunately they did not. Zane had been keeping an eye out for us when one came in but we were too impatient so ended up coming in to order one. Unfortunately Zane was busy helping other customers but his coworker Reese was able to assist us. Not only did he get my iPhone preordered but was able to assist in letting us know different options we had for trading in our old devices. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Huge shoutout to Zane for working with us for weeks without a guarantee of our business but still being so professional and helpful. Thank you Reese for taking care of everything for us. Great customer service!

AT&T cannot be contacted effectively by phone and make sure you don't go to a franchise location. Only go to a corporate store.

Bought a new 23 ultra, freezes everyday. Samsung told me to contact store. Store says contact Samsung. Customer service doesn't exist anymore. Do not do business with AT&T. Mitch,Paul, and Rich do not care about their customers.*update* spoke with att warranty depth. They said they can send me a refurbished phone to replace my 2 week old s23 ultra that cost 1300 and I would still be charged the 1300 for a used phone. Horrible company and business practices

I’m on a prepaid phone with them for years went up there to add a line possibly new phone and was quoted an outrageous price for 2 lines 150 for just the service !!!! They didn’t seem to care or take care of existing customers I’m shocked at the price and lack of care here definitely reconsidering this company now ?
