The best all night/day gym I've ever been a part of. The cost is super cheap and the owner is sweet and tough. It's very down to earth and laid back. With every piece of equipment you could want or need. Check it out for yourself off old Houston near 242.

My son just started going here and he loves it. He has been everyday. He had a membership at a big chain gym but he wasn't happy with what he couldn't do and what they don't have. He's very happy here.

Went to the gym and literally no one was there to greet us or give us information and it’s just doesn’t appear to be a very safe or secure environment, especially as a woman it would be going by myself.

It's a wonderful gym. The people are great and it's hardly ever crowded. There is essentially every machine inside, including a whole building dedicated to MMA related gym goers. No lunk alarm for the people who enjoy moving serious weight.My only suggestion is:1.) I Would be willing to pay more if it meant I had access to a shower and sauna here.Besides that, the gym is great. It's in good condition and is kept clean. The owners are cool people and I enjoy our conversations.Gym pass is $25/month and you get 24-hour access.

I love the state of the art equipment and the cleanliness as well as the 24/7 ability to get a good workout. Two reasons for not giving 5 stars.(1) Parking is much too limited for the number of people attending.(2) Members sometimes have their car radios blasting at distracting levels when arriving and departing.The owners are fantastic people and they welcome new members on a daily basis. The fee is more than reasonable for the amount of time you can spend getting your body into the shape you strive for.Highly recommend this place.

Great place I like during the summer it when gym is quite hot I feel like I get a good workout but during the winter it’s super cold wish they could provide a heater inside

Gym owners are super nice they provide towels keep area clean but I do believe a heater is needed the cold kills my workout vibe ?.

Initially, I rated this facility 4 stars. My opinion worsened as time went on. Bathrooms and water fountains are regularly out of order, towels are rarely available, there is no AC (brutal toward the end of my membership, which was in the dead of summer) and the owners seldom pick up the phone to address their numerous facility issues.
