We took our GMC truck in for an estimate on a small collision repair. While there, I asked for a quote on some other items that needed repair. Steph and Nico were outstanding, as well as the young lady at the front desk. Our vehicle was repaired within the time promised. We were given options to save on repair parts, but opted to go with OEM replacement parts. Overall, the best experience I have had with auto collision repair! I would definitely recommend these folks, outstanding customer service and quality work!!

Anthony did an amazing job on my daughter's brakes. He replaced the pads and rotors. He did it faster than what was expected at a fair price. I have twin daughters so I will be back! Thanks Anthony!

Hot city was so honest and swift with service! Not only have they helped me but my family as well! I cannot recommend them enough, Front staff was super helpful, and I was not taken advantage of as a girl trying to get her car fixed. It was a simple Oil leak, and I was not told to fix anything “Extra” other than just the one problem. I really appreciate the honesty! It took 4 days and my car was back to me and running good as new!

Wonderful people work here! I am traveling and had a board flip up on the road hitting my front bumper and wheel wall trim. They were flapping and drooping. I dropped by the shop and Rico looked and in a flash had everything clipped back into place! I am so grateful and can continue my journey safely 🙏🏻 He refused any $ such a gentleman!

Excellent service, honest, as a female going to Hot City automotive I felt like they were up front about cost and repair job even though I don’t know much abt truck repair, they made my truck look brand new again!!! Also I had three different quotes they were lowest by a few thousand dollars! Thank you Niko.. you da best, I definitely recommend checking this place out

These guys are very friendly and thorough with competitive pricing which is a bonus. 3 times I've had my wifes car in there and each time the job was bid fair and the work has been done quickly and done right.
