Went to pick up some parts I had ordered and Kelley seemed to be the only person in the building. Turns out one of the parts I ordered is no longer available. She ordered me another brand and she was able to resolve the issue rather quickly. I felt bad for the lady having no help but was amazed at how she handled all of the stress and I will be coming back to this particular autozone because of this young lady.

Long wait
When Donna finally helped she looked so out of it
Told me she didn’t know how to process a return and had to wait for someone else
Waited another 10min on too of the 20 initially
Oreem took over and was helpful and quick
Made up for the bad experience. If going to visit wait for another person aside from Donna

Chris was very professional and patient in explaining the issue with my battery. He also listened when I gave him my budget and found something that worked for me without breaking the bank. I'll definitely go back to this Auto Zone for anything else I need.

My battery was bad and I saw they test batteries here so got it tested and they say my battery is fine. So my car wasn't working so I go to the mechanic and pay a bunch of money and the mechanic just says the battery was bad. Even though I just had it tested and they said it's fine.
