I have a particularly difficult orange cat and we had to try several things to help her remain calm enough to receive care. At our most recent appointment, Sarah was a tremendous help with keeping her calm while blood was drawn and vaccines were given. I had started to lose hope with taking her to the vet at all, but I feel much better about it now!

I took my 3 dogs in for shots, it is a nightmare the way they have 1 person (some times) and looks like every body is just looking at each other and shrugging thier shoulders. A person by the name of Sara began telling me about this great wellness plan. She went on and on even though I told her I didn't think so at least not right now. She continued finally i gave up , she said she would waive sign up fees. Still insisting I wasn't sure right now before I knew it I was handed a pile of papers. Do not get this very costly and I think very useless plan unless your pet is at the vets office often. I ask ok so can I make appointment for getting my male puppy neutered. She said the vet said she would like to wait until he is a year old! If you have had dogs you know makes especially have alot of behavior problems until the have

Ok for vaccines but don’t bring your pet here for anything else. As I vet tech myself I am rlly disappointed. I brought my parents dog in because she has a break in her nail that is very apparent and was told that they didn’t find anything abnormal and sent her home on just pain meds without doing anything. I don’t understand how you can just not see the clear issue. Secondly I gave them vaccinations records and told them that she needed her rabies, bordetella and DAPP. When I looked at the paperwork I noticed they did not give her a DAPP. Did they even look at her medical records at all? Doesn’t look like to me. Also says nowhere on her recipt/ records the result of the heart worm test. I understand that no knews usually means Negitive but it should definitely say it somewhere on her records if I’m paying for a test. Very poor level of care will not be going back. Sad

Very kind but not helpful. Did not help my dog with her issue, and did not give one vaccine we requested. Really really want to upsell us on that
wellness plan though!

Everyone we spoke with and saw at our appointment were all so kind and extremely helpful! We were traveling and our kitty got sick and we're so grateful to all the help provided! Wonderful dr and wonderful staff!

I scheduled a first appointment for my dog, and after confirming through text twice, I got 4 calls from them in 60 seconds with no voicemail. Completely disrespectful, I will not do business here.

I love my care team at Banfeild Pet Hospital. Everyone is so nice an caring. An omg Dr. Ball is the best. She takes her time to go over every detail an answer all questions. Buffy an I love our care team.

I love it here! The STAFF, the DOCTORS, the FRONT DESK!!! They are all lovely people. They took very good care of my Lola, they were so personable and so kind. They were accommodating and patient. They picked up on her personality quickly and adjusted and what’s amazing is my doggy hated going to the doctor and now when I tell her we’re going to see her “friends” at banfield she gets extremely excited and sees’ herself to the car! Thank you all for your admiration and top tier customer service. You have a customer for life.

We brought our baby girl Niqua-Dog in and got the best treatment ever from Dr. Mazhoud, Mathew & Gabby.
Couldn't ask for a better staff to take care of our gal. She had a broken dew claw and we were quoted $2200 at urgent vet for removal - that was a big mistake going to that place, then we found banfeild and they only charged us $168.00 and that's including flea prevention and big smiles all across the room, also side note Mathew really deserves a major pat on the back he was so friendly and welcoming, made us feel very comfortable.

Thank you for your efforts in cleaning veterinary’s physical examination room for Rambo….. All their hard work and effort earnit very respectful to Rambo…. Rambo would not have been as successful without them…..The veterinary looked very amazing!!!!!
