I feel so bad for the employees that work there. They are all amazing, friendly and helpful.
The manager is probably one of the most unpleasant people I’ve ever talked to in my life. Rude, demeaning and disrespectful doesn’t begin to describe this woman. How she got into a management position is beyond me. Absolutely horrible the way she talks to people from the moment she’s called to assist.
UPDATE:
Went and opened an account with Woodforest and they were MORE THAN HAPPY to help me.

Received a check for an item sale. Took a BOA check to this location to cash. They refused to cash because I am not an account holder. They are extremely unprofessional and refused to work with me. Then they marked over the check then ruined it so I had to do another 60 mile round trip to get another check. Will never be a BOA customer because they keep playing games

We’ve been with our small town Bank for over 10 years now. However, we’re working for a larger corporation now who happens to bank with Bank of America so we decided to open an account with them as well. As a former banker, I’m aware of all the red tape that is involved in banking. Banking has changed a lot over the years and I can see where the general public can get very discouraged with their banking experiences. I can honestly say that the staff at this location handles everything with an amazing amount of grace and kindness.
Guadalupe squeezed me in so that I could open our company account with Bank of America and I know with a busy schedule like hers, that’s not easy to do. She was fast, efficient, professional and so friendly. I was beyond grateful
Then, Nick did my deposit for me and went above and beyond to help me get the check deposit faster since it was a Bank of America check which allowed me to pay our employees that very same day.
I do check reviews! It seems we’re immediately posting negative reviews when we experienced that, but I think it’s important to take the time to post the positive reviews as well. Quality and hard work done with a smile on your face is hard to come by these days and I want to make sure that the staff at this location gets the recognition, they deserve. Great job y’all! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Who in their right mind would trust these clowns with their money is beyond me! This location is ghetto, unprofessional, unorganized, and the worst Bank of America branch ever. It makes Waffle House look upscale.
They have a strange system where to see someone for something that should take less than 5 minutes you will end up waiting for an hour plus.
I am immediately closing all of my accounts with these clowns. Both business and personal. I can’t trust them with my money any longer.
