One of the worst banks i have dealt with. Customer experience level is zero but cannot give zero stars here.You can hardly find anyone to talk to and people in the offices are the worst. Came to open an account and the lady there was mad because we came without an appointment. Not sure if it has anything to do with my accent or skin color but i am not putting my money in this bank.

Worst customer service ever. I walked to the bank , not even on employee was there. I had to look for someone inside the bank. Finally I noticed a lady hiding inside the office with the door closed. She asked me to wait not even opening her office door. Horrible attitude toward me. May be because I have an accent

The best bank ever. Tammy, Adam and the whole team are so helpful and always willing to help us out, even if it means spending hours figuring out and resolving our various problems. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, they’re simply brilliant.

Great costumer service I went to open up a credit card with Tammy Jones and it was a great experience she was very nice she showed me how everything worked with a great attitude.

They are not friendly for the sake of using the term (people of color), however, you don’t have to have an appointment they do accept walk-ins to help you with your account. This location tolerates “people of color” however, they’re preferred client is ( caucasian ) Europeans. = free soda when “you” open an account. The bank is clean, this location has up to seven associates working in private offices to assist you with your account services.

The branch manager Adam is the best!!! I’ve never met him in person but I had an issue with a transaction that occurred on the back end while he was on vacation and this man fixed the problem immediately after he returned and I literally wanted to cry!!! The service that I received from Adam was amazing and because of Adam I will continue to do service with BOA n drive to this location!!! He is definitely for the people and the community!

Imagine, if you will, that you entered an interdimensional portal to realize that the human race seemingly disappeared and you were the last person on earth. You look around you but there is no one there. You stand in awe as dead silence embraces you like a cold blanket. You helplessly wonder what you are doing in that time and space. Suddenly, there's movement. Yes! you see humans behind glass enclosures! Thank God you're saved! But wait - you can see them, but they don't seem to see you. The situation is dire, you clench your chest in desperation, but luckily you remember the path back through the portal and return to a living society. Well, imagine no more. I walked inside because the ATM outside was out of service. It was a couple of minutes before noon and that's precisely what I experienced. No tellers, no greeters, no service, no "may I help yous" from the three loan officers behind the glass doors. Had to leave and drive to the next closest BOA by the mall to get some cash.

This place is the worst. Besides the exorbitant and untold hidden charges on my children's accounts, I made an appointment to consult with a specialist. Nobody bothered to let me know she's off on the day I made the appointment. It's like the left side doesn't know what the right side is doing. They are a waste of time and money.

ATM stole my money while I was depositing. Gave no receipt just made weird sounds and spit out my card. Money didn't show up on my account. After 1:30 hours of talking to support I have been told that I will receive temporary credit for that amount. 2 days pass no credit, no money, no messages from support. That's the worst experience I ever had with any of the banks.

Random closures for weeks on end....trying to get into safe deposit box and told that to get into it while closed to email to schedule access with response in up to 2 days....one week later, still closed and no response. Seriously, this is no way to run a bank.

They had their drive through closed when it was raining. Made us get off our car. They didn’t have temporary checks for checking accounts; and no longer have Money Orders. Very unhelpful. Went over to chase instead, and chase was able to serve all my needs.

Nothing good about this bank. No drive-thru as advertised, took over a week to get new debit card, still don’t have checks after several weeks. We had to spend about two hours in this bank just to open a simple checking account. Don’t waste your time here.

Gregory, Chel, Tammy and Jazzmin have been professional, personable and helpful for me, especially when dealing with complicated financial matters, and complex money transfers. This local office and the family like customer care it provides drove in part my decision To shift the majority of my cash and investments business to Bank of America and Merrill Edge/Merrill Lynch. This local office well organized, well staffed and offers a range of services. I highly recommend this particular Bank of America local branch and their staff.
