I cannot stress how much a wonderful experience it was working with Barbara. I needed a new pair of Diamond earrings for A anniversary gift. The selection of stones is amazing and the wife loved them. This is her third pair but these are by far her favorites.I also got a custom pendant ordered while I was at and that came beautiful as well.Don’t go to the mall or any other outfit for your jewelry needs, just go walk into the Vault and get you some Barbara Parker jewelry and you won’t regret it.

This place is the ABSOLUTE best! Barbara is a sweet and very kind lady who helped me with my diamond earrings. They had screw backs and I couldn’t wear them since they tore up my earlobes within 15 minutes of wearing them. She got the backings replaced at a reasonable price! Seriously go here for any jewelry needs/wants. Highly recommend!!!!!

Barbara is best! She helped design a beautiful engagement ring for my now fiance! She was able to get exactly what I was looking for, stay within my budget and accommodate getting it in quickly so I could propose on Valentines Day. There was good communication throughout the whole process and great customer service. I highly recommend Barbara and look forward to doing business again with her in the future!

Barbara Parker’s diamond vault gets a 10 out of 10. Both Barbara and Morgan went above and beyond, in my option. They helped me get what I wanted and fixed anything that wasn’t right for me. They can order just about everything you want or need and they will be sure it’s the best. Their pricing is also literally unbeatable. I shopped around at all the big name stores and trust me, this place beat them hands down! I have already recommended others who have called me thanking me! You won’t regret it!!

I’m so happy with her recommendations and choice of diamonds My husband and I always look forward to visiting her vault! Maybe a little too much, now sporting a gorgeous diamond ring lol! Barbara and her assistant Morgan is awesome to work with If you have not had the opportunity to visit the vault for anything from new jewelry or custom made she will make sure you’re taken care of! It’s a special place and we were glad to know her and would def highly recommend her☺️ we walked in as a customer and left with a new best friend ? They worked with me perfectly via email/phone and I never stepped foot in their store until I went to pick up exactly what I had pictured in my mind. I was looking for a unique necklace for my birthday, and I saw one I really liked on Barbara Parker's website. I flew to Houston, Texas to meet her, and she was absolutely FANTASTIC! I have purchased jewelry all over the world, but working with Barbara Parker was the absolute BEST experience I've ever had! Not only did she manage to have a custom-made Tahitian black pearl, double-diamond link in white gold necklace created in Southeast Asia, but she was able to have the necklace completed and shipped to me within 5-6 weeks before my birthday!! She and her staff were great throughout the process, and I've found my jeweler for all future purchases.

Barbara is amazing! We were referred to her by a family friend and she exceeded our expectations. We were redesigning an older family ring, into my new engagement ring and she was so helpful during the process. She completely understood my vision and make suggestions that perfectly captured what I was envisioning. During the process, she kept us in the loop, shared update photos, and had competitive pricing. My final ring came out more beautiful than I could have ever hoped for! We loved working with her so much, she also did our wedding bands. I would recommend her to anyone. What I also really loved is that she really cares, and took the time to get to know us as a couple.
