I absolutely love the customer service at this location—it’s truly outstanding. Every time I come in for a sale, I’m warmly welcomed by the employees. They’re always kind and immediately ready to help me find any scent, smell, or product I’m looking for. No one is following me around, they give you space. I had a pick up order and the staff member on the floor was able to immediately have it ready up front for me while i continued to shop. The cashiers are excellent as well. I highly recommend visiting this location!

I was quite happy with the ease of my return. I bought two foaming hand cleanser refill bottles and they stopped working after two months and they weren't cheap. I wasn't expecting my money back but I thought at least a replacement product. However, they were very easy to deal with, so I will be back. The staff is very friendly and helpful!

I’m writing this review on May 10. I have been to this location several times over the last two months or so and my interactions with Jason Alexus (I’m sorry if I misspelled her name), and Cassandra have been top-notch. Each experience was different in its own way, but they were all very friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help me with my candle needs. I appreciate when I’m provided with optimal customer service as I know how hard it is to work in this industry. Thank you to the team at this location. We’re going above and beyond!

This is a really nice store. The staff is super friendly, there was a misunderstanding (probably on my part tbh) regarding the stated sale and the woman that checked me out gave me the items at sale price even though I had misunderstood that it didn’t include all the items I had chosen. I found this to be exceptional customer service - I didn’t ask her to make an exception, she simply did & that speaks volumes to their focus on keeping folks happy. Thank you for that, ladies! The store is super organized, well-stocked and everyone was so helpful & friendly.

I have been having a hard time finding a few things so I called to double check, while they didn’t have everything they had some and Jason actually assisted me on the phone, he put something back for me and my husband had to grab it since I was at work, while my husband was there he found something else I wanted with Jason’s help! My husband said Jason had an awesome personality and was very helpful. As he was on the phone as well. I could just feel his smile through the phone call! It made my day and I am so happy to be a customer at your store! Thank you so much Jason!
