Wow. They really need to put more emphasis on the PLUS+!!! My first experience with BP+ was amazing. Brandon, the associate that helped me, went above and beyond, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I wish I would have thought of BP+ sooner. I was looking for a very specific power supply for a piece of musical equipment. I try the obvious first, walmart and best buy( I'm now certain I know why best buy is going out of business soon: ridiculously high prices and lousy costumer service). Next time I need any sort of electronic power source I will 100% be contacting Batteries Plus first! Thanks again Brandon! In a world of terrible costumer service, you lifted my spirits and kept the music flowing over at my studio!

Warning do not take your phone here for repairs. I initially just dropped off my cell phone to have the cracked screen replaced. The first day when I dropped my phone off to have the replacement screen installed, they installed a dimmer screen and not an oem. When I got home and needed to use the flashlight on my phone, my flashlight was not working anymore. Brought the phone back the next day to have the flashlight fixed because it was working when I brought it in and I explained that I was not happy with the brightness of the screen they said they would put in a new one and get the flashlight working again. When he brought the phone back out it was still the same dimmer screen, so the guy lied to me. the flashlight was working but when I got back to my vehicle to make a phone call and use my loudspeaker as I usually do the loudspeaker was popping and cracking and I could hardly hear what the person was saying on the other end and they couldn't understand what I was saying either... I took the phone back into the store again and told the guy why was my phone loudspeaker not working anymore. He told me he would look at it and see what he could do about getting the speaker to work correctly and maybe put a new speaker in. Approximately 30 minutes later he brings the phone back and the speaker was worse the second time it sounded worse when he took the phone back to fix the speaker. I requested my refund which they would not do and at that point I made my mind up that I just got ripped off and they weren't going to do anything. I think they were swapping out parts from other phones or parts they had laying around so they could fix somebody else's phone with my good parts...
Be aware do not take your phone to this phone shop.
If I was able to give zero stars to write this review I would have given zero Stars but unfortunately I had to click one star to be able to write the review..
I've been to cell phone repair shops before and this was a horrible experience. Do not take your cell phone to this store
