This is the worst PNC Bank in the entire area, the branch manager is incompetent, and constantly have to go to Conroe to get things done such as pausing checks and getting accounts corrected. They are constantly late and not on time for appointments. They really need to clean house at this branch and start over

I can’t say enough good things about the team at this bank. Every time I visit, I’m greeted with a warm smile and genuine courtesy. The staff is not only incredibly friendly but also consistently helpful and professional.
What really stands out is their knowledge — no matter what questions I have or what services I need, someone is always ready to assist with confidence and clarity. Whether it’s a simple transaction or something more complex, they take the time to explain everything and make sure I feel comfortable.
It's rare to find a team that balances efficiency with such a personal touch. Their customer service truly makes banking a pleasant experience. Highly recommend this location for anyone who values great service and a welcoming atmosphere!

NEVER USE PCN BANK. You will be charged to have the account and each check you write will have to pay to cash is they don't bank there. That's exactly why wouldn't bank here!!!

I highly recommend PNC and most, especially this branch, if you were ever looking to change banks. I recently changed jobs, and my automatic deposit of my paycheck changed from the first of the month to the fifth of the month. I forgot that I have my mortgage set to auto draft on the second of the month. Luckily, PNC immediately notified me when I was short on funds and gave me 24 hours to get some money put into my account. The branch manager at this location, Mr. Alanso, saw me come in earlier today and speak with Ms. Hawk, one of the senior bankers, to get money in my account and ease my concerns. He just called to check on me, make sure it was nothing they’d done on their end to cause the problem, and see if they could do anything to make sure it didn’t happen again. These are some really great people to do business with! ❤️

This bank in my own opinion is single handedly the worst bank if your wanting customer service or help with a problem they cause the teller don't know jack about what can and cant do and the management is a joke, how do you pay a bill for them early and they take another payment of the the same amount days later and say that is your fault, will never recommend doing business with them ever again I honestly feel sorry for the people that I have recommended to them

I wish there was a zero rating for pnc - they and Zelle seem to be a good match - laundry list of issues with pnc but when my dad is trying to pay me via Zelle it tells him I’m not registered and tells me he’s not registered neither of which are true of course. Total joke - run away from these worthless businesses. I am being very kind. Ps - they’ll be losing 300k in assets but they could care less. There isn’t anyone to talk to who even cares.

This change over from BBVA to PNC is completely bad experience as I am sure to many others. They are very behind on many things. PNC absorb more then they can handle. Lost of funds, lack of experience in solving issues and for sure no help from corporate as the main bank can only do so much. The hassle of changing banks so our business can operator is just a disaster when giving PNC a chance. Suggest save yourself the nightmare and bank where they are more established. I'm sure down the road PNC will gather better things but right now not impressed.

The manager at this location is completely unwilling to help. The transition from BBVA to PNC was terrible. They messed up my address on business accounts. PNV won't change it over the phone and this branch won't do it without an appointment to see a banker. The manager can but wouldn't. One banker in the branch. He had a bad attitude and when I told him I would close my accounts he simply said see the teller and go. I began the process of moving and will no longer do business with a bank where I can't even do a simple address correction.
