This bank in my own opinion is single handedly the worst bank if your wanting customer service or help with a problem they cause the teller don't know jack about what can and cant do and the management is a joke, how do you pay a bill for them early and they take another payment of the the same amount days later and say that is your fault, will never recommend doing business with them ever again I honestly feel sorry for the people that I have recommended to them

I wish there was a zero rating for pnc - they and Zelle seem to be a good match - laundry list of issues with pnc but when my dad is trying to pay me via Zelle it tells him I’m not registered and tells me he’s not registered neither of which are true of course. Total joke - run away from these worthless businesses. I am being very kind. Ps - they’ll be losing 300k in assets but they could care less. There isn’t anyone to talk to who even cares.

This change over from BBVA to PNC is completely bad experience as I am sure to many others. They are very behind on many things. PNC absorb more then they can handle. Lost of funds, lack of experience in solving issues and for sure no help from corporate as the main bank can only do so much. The hassle of changing banks so our business can operator is just a disaster when giving PNC a chance. Suggest save yourself the nightmare and bank where they are more established. I'm sure down the road PNC will gather better things but right now not impressed.

The manager at this location is completely unwilling to help. The transition from BBVA to PNC was terrible. They messed up my address on business accounts. PNV won't change it over the phone and this branch won't do it without an appointment to see a banker. The manager can but wouldn't. One banker in the branch. He had a bad attitude and when I told him I would close my accounts he simply said see the teller and go. I began the process of moving and will no longer do business with a bank where I can't even do a simple address correction.

The PNC headquarters handling of the take of BBVA as a whole left a bit to be desired (i.e. too much individual mailings. Would've been better to have one or two mailings with the updated cards with account information). But the Conroe Branch on Davis had excellent staff. The understandable chaos on Tuesday 10/12 was handled professionally by all the staff. One standout is Rochelle; she is professional, courteous, friendly and efficient in her service to the customers. Other standouts are Mayliene, Anna, Adan, Morgan, Kimberly and several others whose names escape me at the moment.

I am not crazy about the PNC takeover of BBVA, but I must say that on Tuesday 10/12/2021, the first official day of PNC, the staff of the Conroe branch on West Davis was stellar. Mayliene persevered in trying to solve the debit card printing machine. Had other issues as well, with Kimberly and Rochelle trouble-shooting other account issues I had. Other staff member standouts are Morgan, Adan, Anna and a couple of other names who escape me at the moment. I especially have had the pleasure of dealing with Rochelle during the few years she's been at this. She is professional, courteous and efficient in her approach to top-notch customer service. She helped me set up BBVA ap a few years ago which made my banking experiences much easier. Her service on Tuesday was no exception as she was brilliantly multi-tasking several customers all at once as well as assisting other staff in trouble shooting equipment malfunction issues. Kudos to the staff at this branch!

BBVA compass bank is a joke. This banks customer service is terrible. They have way to few employees, and they are always unfriendly. The banks hours have been cut back, so they are rarely there. The telephone service takes hours to get through. If you get to them at all. In short don't bank here. Go someplace where they give a s*** about their customers.

The lady in the office was drunk and unprofessional giving the go around. Kept moving in her chair slurring while speaking. Dropped my card on the table trying to give it back to me. Couldn’t comprehend simple answers to my questions. Will NOT be back at this bank. After telling the manager her employee was drunk she just said she was sorry. Maybe don’t employ unprofessional people specially when they take customers back doing one on one conversations. I’ve never been to a BBVA compass bank before and have had a bad experience let alone this! AGAIN WILL NOT BE COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION!!!

Friendly staff.. No wait .. They do charge 10 dollars to cash a check drawn on their bank, otherwise I would rate them 5 stars.
