As a business owner my entire experience was terrible. They are real lousy when it comes to customer support and closed my account without notice. Never mailed my check for the account balance since August. Its now December and still no check. I do not recommend for business at all!!!

Busy during lunchtime, but staff was able to get to me at a reasonable time considering the amount of customers inside and in the drive-way. Should have more than one person manning the front during peak hours though. The gentleman teller was stressing! And I can't blame him, with about 3 customers to attend to basically alone and probably another 4-5 waiting in line when counting both inside and drive-in. Manager should have stepped in to help more.

My husband called this branch today to ask for some assistance with an issue in our account. The lady that he spoke with started off the conversation incredibly rude and unwilling to listen or help. When he asked to speak to a manager she claimed to be one- though I hope this isn't the case. As the conversation escalated the "manager" proceeded to raise her voice at my husband. I have never witnessed service this poor in my life. Nobody deserves to be treated or spoken to the way we were. Take your business somewhere else.

If I could give zero stars I would give them zero. So my husband and I went to this location to withdraw money from our account for a change of 100$ of quarter and 50$ of dimes and the teller ask us if we have a business account. I said we don’t have but I have a personal account I wanted to withdraw money then they said that due to covid 19 they have a shortage of change and their change is reserve for those have business account. I am disappointed because who the hell would refuse me to withdraw money from my account and that’s my money? I’ve waited 10 minutes in Drive thru line and got nothing? I would understand if they would have a shortage but they didn’t even try their best to give my needs. They just refuse to give me anything. It’s pathetic the management here sucks. This location should be out of business.

The staff doesn't practice confidentiality. I went in for a direct deposit form and open a savings. The girl invaded my privacy by the time I left there she remember my name my information in the other staff members knew who I was as well I feel so violated.

Very poor management at this branch, there should be some cooperate review of the managers capabilities. I used the atm outside for a serious amount of money not only did it take my money It says it was retained and not posted to my account, but I went inside to just get some help with the situation not only was everyone rude in the whole entire bank but refused to give up the cooperate office number. They also blamed me for the whole situation saying it was my fault the machine Jammed so not only poor management, but faulty atm machines and rude bank tellers and bank managers. I will be closing out my account after this is resolved. This is ridiculous I had my money taken and if this isn't resolved properly guarantee BBVA will be hearing from my lawyer.

I have been a customer at BBVA since it was a savings & loan. I went in to close my savings account because I was being charged for paper statements. Total had reached $12. Shanna from the Conroe TX branch told me that she would refund some of the money that was drawn from the account, which was nice. She then closed the account and told me that I would not get any of the fees back because the account was already closed. What? She closed the account as I sat in front of her. I am guessing that she could have refunded some of the fees if she had done so before she closed the account. What HORRIBLE customer service. With this kind of service from your banker, I am considering closing my other account now as well.

Drive to another branch!!!! Just this morning, I deposited $300 CASH in the atm. ALONE. SECURELY AND SAFELY. I then stopped, properly parked, in a parking space facing the street, just to double check my account before driving off. IT WAS 13 MINUTES UNTIL THEY OPENED. Some Yahoo pulls up next to me, HONKS, and motions that I roll my window down - mind you I was locked in my car, Windows up, because SAFETY. But, I complied - ONLY TO BE TOLD I COULDN'T PARK THERE FOR SAFETY REASONS!! WHAT ?!?!?!? ARE YOU SERIOUS???? a bank customer, who had just used the atm, and MIGHT need to go inside to a branch that opens in 13 minutes can't be there a little early???? Get a grip america!!! If it's safe enough for me to put my cash IN to the atm, it's safe enough for me NOT to be DRIVING to check my account online before I pull away (since their shady atm never printed my receipt thank you). I've done business with BBVA for several years and will continue to do so, close to home, not near my job, because the branch in Conroe fails to realize customer service starts in the PARKING LOT and a single old lady by herself should NOT be run off for arriving too early! Good day to you!
