I booked an appointment with Latrice at 10 AM (didn't leave until 8:30 PM) for a balayage. She did a terrible job. My hair is brassy and still brown in the back. The first picture is what I asked for and the second is what I got. She had NO IDEA what she was doing. Told me her manager made her give me a full highlight instead of a balayage but those are literally the same thing besides what sweeping method she uses. Parts of my hair are missing because she had to process my hair twice. I spent over 10 hours in the salon and still did not receive what I wanted. The manager gave me a 10% discount and told me my next service was free. Went back this morning and got a full refund because NO ONE in that salon is touching my head again. She literally played in my head for over 10 hours like I was some kind of Barbie instead of just saying she had no idea how to do what I wanted. DO NOT BOOK LATRICE EVER. She's a light skinned woman with a silk press and glasses in case you decide to do a walk in. Avoid her at all cost. She also told me her husband was fired from his job for "speaking sexual" to a 15 year old girl but she "knew it was a lie". And said her last job fired her because she had to leave and go to her kids school. Apparently they took a pizza cutter from home and threatened to kill some girls on the bus with it. I mean these were the conversations she was making during my service. Who tells people stuff like that?

I AM NEVER COMING TO THIS ULTA EVER AGAIN. I came in needing help with makeup. I asked for help and one of the associates went and asked a whole group of associates none of them wanted to help me. But I will say, SOFIA was really sweet. She was the only one that actually helped me find a shade. Everyone else was not doing their job. 5/5 star review only for Sofia! So if you need help with anything go ahead and ask for Sofia

I came in today looking for a certain product. After looking around myself and not being able to find it, I asked a floor associate for help. She told me she had never heard of that line (Pacifica) being in the store and to try Sephora instead. I was about to leave and decided to try looking one more time and found a whole section of Pacifica But the cashier working the front was very nice.
