Robert came out and converted our gas dryer to propane. He was super polite and very efficient. He knows what he is doing and did an amazing job ! Robert stayed and made sure everything was running properly and called back a few days later to check in. Highly recommend Robert for any propane job and will call him again!

Robert, the owner of Big John Propane arrived at my home 1.5 hours after I called him on a Saturday to come fill our home propane tank. He also filled our RV tank while here. He was exceptionally courteous, responsive, and offered some terrific counsel. We will definitely use again.

Kenneth did a great job for me during our lastest power outage. Came out in one hour and was very knowledgeable about my situation. Didn't hesitate to answer the phone and come to our need on a Saturday. Let's just say he is the poster child of customer service!!

John came back to fill up my propane tank and the pressure check and found that the heater was stopped up on the exhaust pipe. My air conditioning heating tech came out and found a huge wasp nest. That could have been a very dangerous.

Highly recommend!!!! Was able to help me when my propane tank started to leak on Christmas Day. He was only one who answered the phone and was able to assist me with my situation.

Through an oversight on my part I contacted Robert just days before this big storm and to tell you the truth did not expect him to come out as I am in Santa Fe but sure enough he did! Saved my bacon because there was no way I would’ve made it. Thank you Sir!

I definitely recommend Big John's Propane!After realizing we were running extremely low on a Friday afternoon in the midst of a winter storm that's supposed to last a few days I called several places and everyone was booked until at least Wednesday!Big John's was able to squeeze us in and showed up first thing in the morning just as they said they would and saved the day for us!It was freezing, but Robert was heartwarming whom my husband enjoyed chatting with. We would highly recommend Big John's Propane for all your propane needs!

Excellent customer experience.. Would recommend Big John Propane to everyone. Very honest. Needed gas and they worked with me on the time of delivery. I had to replace a pipe that had a hole in it and they were so informative about being careful about possible water in line. He also pressure checked the system and found the regulator to be bad. Looked to see if he had one on the truck, he didn't so he finished his delivery's for the day and came back and installed a regulator to get us back up and running.
