I just received my first order from them, and although it was not many pieces, nor was it expensive I was particularly impressed by the shipping time and the amount of stuff that they put in the package. Candy, stickers, and a pocket constitution. This is the reason why America is still great. I will 100% be ordering from big Tex again.

The greatest firearms/accessories store in texas.Rapid shipping, especially to our brothers behind enemy lines in CA/WA, lots of cute stickers and candies, only good brands, exceptionally knowledgeable employees that frequently go to training classes/competitions to vet the gear they sell. BTO also hosts nationally renowned trainers and from time to time will provide some ammo for folks who buy a ticket to those classes.Overall you can't beat the knowledge, customer service, gear quality, and stewardship they provide.

Just got in my new suppressor mount. The shipping was super fast and it came with some unexpected but welcome goodies. Stickers, candy, and most importantly a pocket copy of The Constitution of the United States. These guys really know how to gain and keep customers. Been ordering a bunch of stuff this holiday season. From various vendors. BTO is far and away the fastest to fill an order, get that shipping label up an running and getting that order out way faster than anyone else. Some extra stickers, some candy and the occasional copy of the US Constitution. No one in the market is matching the hustle, the service the quality that BTO is bringing to the table. Can't recommend them enough.

I have used them for stripped frames in the past with no issues. This time I received my g26 frames both had plenty of wear mark and deep scratches. I will say shipping was fast. I reached out to them considering the wear they were able to resolve the issue. Thank you so much.

Big Tex Ordnance accidentally sent me the incorrect optic type. I contacted them and it was promptly corrected, plus some stickers, a pocket Constitution, and a handful of great candy to sweeten the deal, haha! 5 stars. Great customer service. Will be doing business with them again for sure.
