Had to update phone had my same number for many years very rude unprofessional man said I would have to change my number if I changed my plan to a cheaper one other phone company's said I could keep my number if I change to them so good by boost you just lost a long time customer.

Just got A15 on an upgrade. I didn't know that I was due for an upgrade but the girl there guided me and helped me set up my new device. Easy and convenient. The store was very fresh and clean.

If i could give this place a no star rating i would. The women was rude to me and unprofessional. I have had amazing customer service with other boost mobile stores. She was unhelpful and treated me like I was bothering her. I don't recommend her.
