We had an amazing, yet long, buying experience at Buckalew today. There was a vehicle that we had been eyeing for a few weeks, and although the price went up and didn't match the online price, they still did their best to honor that amount. The sales team were all very friendly and inviting. I liked the front door receptionist the best The process was smooth and straight forward and they even beat our credit union APR. Thanks for doing good business!

I needed to have a piece repaired on the front of my truck. They quoted, ordered the part and had it fixed in a week. The ladies in the office are nice and the guys got me fixed up fast. Buckalew dealership and collision is a Conroe staple.

0-10. If you are looking for a trustworthy place to do break service LOOK ELSEWHERE. They will charge you a $50 fee ($53.25 after service fee & tax) to even look at your breaks and scam you out of as much money as possible. I was told all 4 break pads needed to be replaced (for $750), when only 2 were needing replacing. I recommend the Firestone off I-45. They check your breaks for free & Dalton will look over whatever wack diagnostics Buckalew tries to pawn off on you. With how hard we work for our dollars, we shouldn't feel taken advantage of. Beware of Jose Tapia Ramirez, he will waste your time! I drove all the way to the dealership from Galveston, Texas to test drive a BMW X5. I liked the X5. I also had an X5 I was going to trade in. After test driving the vehicle I told Mr. Tapia Ramirez that I would like to go forward with the deal I had $1000 down. I told him my situation and he agreed we would check it out. I had previous engagements so I had to leave the dealership, but I text Mr. Tavia explained everything. He said he would get with his finance manager they needed all my credit info I supplied it. They ran my credit and said they would get with some lenders and get back to me. I left the dealership the following day I text Mr. Tavia reminded him that I was definitely interested in seeing what we could do he tell me his manager was putting some things together and he will get back with me. I reached out again to no avail, and then I reached out again to absolutely no response. This dealership will waste your time.

If there was an option for 0 stars and this review be posted, I would give 0 stars. We had our vehicle at our local mechanic when we determined the issue may be covered by the powertrain warranty. I called the main Chevrolet warranty group and the confirmed it was covered, had us contact roadside assistance, and then recommended we take the vehicle to Buckalew. I called ahead and spoke to a customer service rep and told he the issue. She said go ahead and have it towed and she'll let others know. I got the notification it was delivered so I did my follow up call. Apparently the tow truck driver wasn't given our contact information from roadside assistance and told the people at Buckalew they were just told to drop it off and they knew nothing. I guess this is what started the downhill slide. I called to make sure the service group knew the car was there and to confirm why it was there. I spoke to Perry and he said he had no clue and no one knew. Then he asked if it was the silver camera sitting outside his window, I confirmed it was. "So, why is it here?" I told him what I knew. Response from Perry for absolutely everything I said was "Yeah." Then I said "And that's all I know." "No it's not. You know you name and number." Okay, so I gave that. And I let Perry know I had spoken to warranty and what they said. His response was "Hm. Okaaaaay, yeah. Well, we will need to do a diagnostics...." the rest was typical. But the tone at the beginning regarding the warranty was VERY concerning. We decided to drive by there a couple of hours later just to check in since we didn't have a warm and fuzzy from the tone of the call.My husband was floored by the attitude we were met with. When we went in, we found out Michael was our rep for the work. We were reminded that this car was just dropped off with NO WARNING and NO INFORMATION. Keep in mind, I called before and after the towing. Michael immediately told us our car was not going to be covered by warranty. We were VERY confused. He checked with his warranty person and said it was not. We asked if they would call the main warranty people to find out why they informed us it was, and they told us they would not make that call because their warranty person was the final call. And keep in mind, the tone was so horrible I almost had to ask my husband to walk outside. He was LIVID!We still left the car because we called the main warranty line ourselves and they said they would work it out with Buckalew. We asked Michael to make sure the car was locked because it was still unlocked. We didn't sleep all night. We felt like these guys hate the fact we even exist on this earth, and we felt uncomfortable about them even caring about taking car of our vehicle. We went back up Wednesday morning to talk to Michael because it felt like everything got off on the wrong foot. I told Michael I felt like things started off wrong and I wanted to let him know I had made phone calls prior. He said "Yeah, you spoke to Perry." I said "No, I called before we scheduled the tow truck." He seemed a little shocked about that and wanted to know who I spoke to. I could not remember her name. My husband was shocked that Michael acted like I was lying to him. He was even sweating by that point. He was throwing his arms and saying "Well, it could have been him, or him, or him, or her, or her." Why does it even matter?!?! I called, I did my homework, I gave heads up so no one was shocked. I tried to schedule the service work in case that worked better. It wasn't my fault no one told them the car was coming in. By the way, I forgot I had a voicemail from the person I spoke with and her name is Melissa. Not that it should really matter, but it was Melissa. I don't think she did anything wrong. She was super nice over the phone, even when I was stressed out about being broke down and down to 1 vehicle.NEVER AGAIN will I go to this place!

Will not acknowledge warranty work on new vehicles... will try to wait you out so that you look for other options. They expected me to leave my vehicle with them for 3 weeks and could not provide a rental or loaner. My Chevy has 36k miles on it and has had multiple issues with the transmission.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with the process of fixing my truck. They dealt with my insurance company which took some pressure off of me. It was also very convenient for me to drop off my rental there at the office. They took care of getting the rental back to the company. The work done on my truck was professionally done, no complaints at all.

We chose this dealership based on the reviews because it seemed like a good place to buy a truck. Little did I know it was the worst mistake I had made. They told me they sold me a 2022 brand new truck. I noticed little things after I washed it. I saw scratches and the interior painted with purple and pink paint and paint in the bottom that was done very unprofessional as well and after 3 weeks of buying it. The motor had damage and broke down. I only used it 3 times since I have many cars, and I believe this is not fair how they never told me that that truck was used for rental . This is very unprofessional of them telling us that they won't change the truck even if the motor is damaged and after all the lying they did. They also said that all they can do is upgrade to another one and that I will lose my down payment of $5000 plus $2000 for using it and that I will have to pay another down payment for the other truck I chose. Please be very careful and check the cars before leaving. They literally scam you and then ignore your calls and do nothing about it. All they want is your money. They sell only damaged vehicles and claim they are new. Previously, in December, the truck they sold me left me stranded in the street because of the motor. They claim to have fixed the problem, and here I am 3 months later with the exact same problem. I called the dealership and got told they would call me back. They don't. Then I call again asking to speak directly to the salesman and he tells me to call some other place because they can't do anything. Now, I'm obligated to call a lawyer and report this to the FTC. This is absurd.

This was by far the very best service we've ever gotten anywhere. Our truck was in for a long time due to backup which can't be helped. We were given a loner truck (brand new) to compensate for the time. It saved us a lot of money since we were paying out of pocket for a rental. But the most important thing to us was the service we got. The two ladies in the office and the gentleman who oversaw the repairs were incredible. So helpful and so nice. We will use Buckalew in the future because of their service and caring. The truck looks great and we appreciate everything. Thank you. Joe and Sylvia AckerServices: Painting

Disorganized, dishonest & dysfunctional at the Buckalew collision center. They damaged the grill on our truck when we took it in to have the right front fender of our 2021 Chevrolet Silverado replaced due to some cosmetic damage; during the repairs they broke the grill when replacing the body part and then glued the damaged grill back together without saying anything! Went to the shop the next day to confront them about the damaged grill and they explained what happened and apologized and said they would order a replacement grill (one of the ladies threw the other lady under the bus saying she was supposed to call to inform about the damage during repair). Their story later changed and they tried to put $500+ of the cost to replace the grill on me. Then contradicted themselves numerous times with different stories, the utter ignorance and pettiness of this place is exhausting, I left and never went back. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere, you'll wait a week+ longer than originally quoted and your vehicle could have damage they try to cover up. Super shady.Service: Body & Trim

If you need Collision Repair DO NOT take your vehicle to Buckalew collision center!!! The customer service and work performed have been nothing but a nightmare!!! We dropped Bryans truck off on January 26th for repair to the passenger side bed and all parts were ordered and on hand. We were told it would be 5-7 days when we brought it in we and it has been 5 weeks all because of their negligence. While in their possession they damaged the driver door and tailgate that resulted in needing repair as well. We were told on 5 occasions the work was complete and ready for pickup & had been checked over by the managers Barbara and Steve Bromine. However once we arrived and looked it over there would always be more damage not caused by the accident but by their employees. The supervisor of the collision center Barbara is extremely unprofessional and rude when they are the ones that caused the additional damage and laughed about it and thought it was funny. Finally we went above her thinking it would help, but Steve Bromine was not any better…although we FINALLY got the truck back today 5 weeks later after they commited insurance fraud and admitted to it charging us for the damages they caused! **** Share this post with everyone to ensure this doesn’t happen to anyone else!****Services: Painting
