I purchased my new 2025 Chevrolet Traverse in May 2025 and was extremely pleased with the purchase, as the vehicle includes all the driver-assistance features I was looking for.
Almost six months later, the vehicle developed an oil leak. I contacted Mr. Brad in the Maintenance and Repair Department, who promptly confirmed the issue. He explained that the oil leak was not due to Keating Chevrolet dealership, or myself. He immediately decided to keep the vehicle to identify the cause and proceed with repairs, all of which were fully covered under warranty. He also arranged a loaner vehicle for me for the entire duration of the repair.
About a week later, Mr. Brad informed me that certain parts (specifically the oil pan gaskets) were temporarily unavailable due to high supplier demand. Despite this challenge, which was beyond the dealershipβs control, Mr. Brad worked closely with Mr. Kyle, the Operation Director, who made every effort to secure the necessary parts as quickly as possible. Thanks to their dedication and teamwork, the parts were obtained and the repairs were completed successfully.
I received my vehicle back in perfect working order.
Based on this exceptional after-sales service, I can confidently say that the entire Keating Chevrolet team works together to ensure a truly pleasant customer experience from purchasing my vehicle with Mr. Josh to servicing and repairs with Mr. Brad and Mr. Kyle.
This was a wonderful experience. I will absolutely continue to return to Keating Chevrolet for future service and when I am ready to upgrade my vehicle.

Billy Comstock, Internet Sales Representative of Keating Chevrolet in Conroe, TX gets 10 stars out of 5 for his personal attention to all details when buying a car. I recently ordered a 2026 Corvette Stingray with a Museum Delivery and got the best service possible from the initial meeting with Billy to the final paperwork stage. All went smooth, my questions were answered politely and within a reasonable amount of time. I was kept advised as to the build date of the car and all the steps to pick up my car at the Corvette Museum in Bowling Green, KY.
