I was very impressed with my service consultant, whose name is Mo. I dropped my vehicle off during the lunch hour & although the service area was extremely busy, Mo stopped what he was doing (within the service & appointment bay area) and attended to me and my vehicle. Mo's quick response to my presence & my needing assistance was very appreciated due to my job time restraints. Mo was very helpful in explaining issues that needed to be addressed with my vehicle. I appreciate Mo's patience, his knowledge & his ability to interact well with his customers. Thank you!

I had the BEST experience I have ever had yesterday at Buckalew Chevrolet buying a car!!!!!! I met with Chris McCollum and Michael Cruse... I was in and out very quickly and it just went so smooth!!!! I highly recommend Buckalew and will definitely be back.

The Sales associate, Josh Downs, was not pushy in the least bit, however, he was extremely attentive, and listened to what, both my wife & I were looking for (we were very specific). I explained I didn't want to haggle, nor be "Sold". All in all, we were there initially for less than an hour, he showed us a few examples from vehicles on the lot (Color/Interior/various packages/etc). We sat down, he completed the order form and we paid the deposit.Josh kept us in the loop, a couple days before our suburban was scheduled to begin assembly, Josh reached out to make sure we didn't want to make any changes, and gave us the rundown on what to expect. Again he called when the Suburban was scheduled to ship and again when it arrived and would be ready for pickup.This was my first time purchasing a brand new vehicle, I had some reservations and anxiety, both Josh and the team at Buckalew did an amazing job at explaining the process and next steps. I never felt alone, or ignored. When picking the vehicle up, Josh spent the time (Even though is was way after closing time), to assist me with setting the vehicle up (On start, blue tooth, profiles etc). When I pulled out of the lot, the only feeling I experienced was satisfaction. The vehicle I was driving off the lot was exactly what I was looking for, built exactly like we wanted, and it fit like a glove.When it was time to talk about the "Extras" with the Finance folks (This is where I knew we would be getting dirty), I was offered a extension to the factory warranty, as opposed to a package with a bunch of discounted services from the dealership (That never get used).Now that we have experienced Buckalew Chevrolet, we will forever be Buckalew Customers!!!

Beware of Jose Tapia Ramirez, he will waste your time! I drove all the way to the dealership from Galveston, Texas to test drive a BMW X5. I liked the X5. I also had an X5 I was going to trade in. After test driving the vehicle I told Mr. Tapia Ramirez that I would like to go forward with the deal I had $1000 down. I told him my situation and he agreed we would check it out. I had previous engagements so I had to leave the dealership, but I text Mr. Tavia explained everything. He said he would get with his finance manager they needed all my credit info I supplied it. They ran my credit and said they would get with some lenders and get back to me. I left the dealership the following day I text Mr. Tavia reminded him that I was definitely interested in seeing what we could do he tell me his manager was putting some things together and he will get back with me. I reached out again to no avail, and then I reached out again to absolutely no response. This dealership will waste your time.

Josh did a great job working with us and getting the truck we needed. I appreciate the straightforward pricing. They didnt do like many places and try to throw a bunch of rediculas charges for stuff you don't need, and didn't ask for. Very happy with the experience and the truck. I have been a Toyota guy for years, but we made a good deal for our Chevy.

We ended up at Buckalew because they had the pickup we were looking for. We didn't know anything about the dealership going in, but we were pleasantly surprised. Overall, it was a great experience. Our salesman Stephen was very knowledgeable and friendly. The whole process went as smooth as it could go. Above all, we never felt the pressure that you typically get at many dealerships. I would definitely recommend.

Great experience. They had the vehicle I wanted. We sat down, negotiations were easy, financing was quick. Start to finish two and a half hours. I would highly recommend Buckalew Chevrolet.Leroy was honest, no games, and explained everything I asked.

Larrick was incredible. Made the process super simple and was up front and honest about everything from the beginning - we felt at ease from the start, which we appreciated. Finance was easy and the overall process was a blast. We’re super excited about the truck. We would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy!

If there was an option for 0 stars and this review be posted, I would give 0 stars. We had our vehicle at our local mechanic when we determined the issue may be covered by the powertrain warranty. I called the main Chevrolet warranty group and the confirmed it was covered, had us contact roadside assistance, and then recommended we take the vehicle to Buckalew. I called ahead and spoke to a customer service rep and told he the issue. She said go ahead and have it towed and she'll let others know. I got the notification it was delivered so I did my follow up call. Apparently the tow truck driver wasn't given our contact information from roadside assistance and told the people at Buckalew they were just told to drop it off and they knew nothing. I guess this is what started the downhill slide. I called to make sure the service group knew the car was there and to confirm why it was there. I spoke to Perry and he said he had no clue and no one knew. Then he asked if it was the silver camera sitting outside his window, I confirmed it was. "So, why is it here?" I told him what I knew. Response from Perry for absolutely everything I said was "Yeah." Then I said "And that's all I know." "No it's not. You know you name and number." Okay, so I gave that. And I let Perry know I had spoken to warranty and what they said. His response was "Hm. Okaaaaay, yeah. Well, we will need to do a diagnostics...." the rest was typical. But the tone at the beginning regarding the warranty was VERY concerning. We decided to drive by there a couple of hours later just to check in since we didn't have a warm and fuzzy from the tone of the call.My husband was floored by the attitude we were met with. When we went in, we found out Michael was our rep for the work. We were reminded that this car was just dropped off with NO WARNING and NO INFORMATION. Keep in mind, I called before and after the towing. Michael immediately told us our car was not going to be covered by warranty. We were VERY confused. He checked with his warranty person and said it was not. We asked if they would call the main warranty people to find out why they informed us it was, and they told us they would not make that call because their warranty person was the final call. And keep in mind, the tone was so horrible I almost had to ask my husband to walk outside. He was LIVID!We still left the car because we called the main warranty line ourselves and they said they would work it out with Buckalew. We asked Michael to make sure the car was locked because it was still unlocked.We didn't sleep all night. We felt like these guys hate the fact we even exist on this earth, and we felt uncomfortable about them even caring about taking car of our vehicle. We went back up Wednesday morning to talk to Michael because it felt like everything got off on the wrong foot. I told Michael I felt like things started off wrong and I wanted to let him know I had made phone calls prior. He said "Yeah, you spoke to Perry." I said "No, I called before we scheduled the tow truck." He seemed a little shocked about that and wanted to know who I spoke to. I could not remember her name. My husband was shocked that Michael acted like I was lying to him. He was even sweating by that point. He was throwing his arms and saying "Well, it could have been him, or him, or him, or her, or her." Why does it even matter?!?! I called, I did my homework, I gave heads up so no one was shocked. I tried to schedule the service work in case that worked better. It wasn't my fault no one told them the car was coming in. By the way, I forgot I had a voicemail from the person I spoke with and her name is Melissa. Not that it should really matter, but it was Melissa. I don't think she did anything wrong. She was super nice over the phone, even when I was stressed out about being broke down and down to 1 vehicle.NEVER AGAIN will I go to this place!

Will not acknowledge warranty work on new vehicles... will try to wait you out so that you look for other options. They expected me to leave my vehicle with them for 3 weeks and could not provide a rental or loaner. My Chevy has 36k miles on it and has had multiple issues with the transmission.

They were so friendly!! Loved the fact that the vehicles actually had prices to them… they were extremely welcoming but not over bearing!!! And they worked so hard to help get us an amazing family car!!

I was supposed to be purchasing a Tahoe in Katy and my wife and I were excited to see the inventory at Buckalew. One thing lead to another and we ended up really liking one of the Tahoes. Our salesman Josh Downs was very professional and respectful of the decision making process throughout the entire time there. I really recommend him. John Withrow the finance manager was also excellent and took the time to explain everything in great detail to my wife and I. Overall, I was shocked with how professional the entire team was. 100% recommend Buckalew!!

We had a great experience. We were wary coming in because we were worried the sales people would be pushy and try to get information out of us. But the experience was the complete opposite. Jose was the person who helped us. He was very patient and walked us through all of our options multiple times. My husband and I went back and forth a couple times, but Jose remained very helpful, and I didn't feel pressured to make any rash decisions. We did eventually come to a decision, and I am very pleased with my purchase and the amazing service Jose gave us at Buckalew.
