Always a pleasure doing business with this location. The sweet lady at the desk is so helpful and they get you checked in and on your way as quick as possible. Will continue renting from them in future.

be careful with budget they become greedy and over charge you and when you caught them and call they said OOOOh its system error,no more business with budget .

The team was friendly and fast. Very smooth transaction. They were very professional even when handling customers that weren't very experienced in renting cars and made recommendations to ensure the customer would have a good experience. Avoiding cramped space for passengers. Saw another customer that was upset due to booking on a 3rd party site. The issue did not appear to be the fault of the rental agency based on the conversation. The customer did not understand car sizes, but the woman behind the counter explained it in detail for the customer.

First of all if I could give this place a -10 rating, I totally . They gave us a car that the car stopped working after 2 hours of us on the interstate where I had to wait over 4 hours for a tow where I was charge $160. Then they took me to the airport budget to had trade that car in for another vehicle that and was pulled over from the registration being out. They also didn’t check the car Needless to say I just got a warning. Then wanted to charge me for a hair in the car and told me they were going to charge anther $400 for a clean. Needless to say this place is horrible and very crappy to their customers. I will never rent from this company ever again for any Travel needs and will be reporting them to the better business bureau as well as to the local news station. More people need to know this is not a customer friendly place and need to be shut down for not obeying guidelines by law that state they need there registrations up to date. Don’t waste your time on the company.

I have rented a couple of times here. My experience has been mixed. First, don't be surprised by the $200 deposit - Budget, like other car rentals, engages in some less than forthcoming advertising. The amount shown on your reservation doesn't include this deposit. Second, the service that you get here depends on who is on the desk. Ashton is friendly, helpful, and really works hard to take care of people. Another employee was borderline snarky - my impression was that she seemed to enjoy making the rental as unpleasant as possible.

"Connie" was rude and offered no alternatives to a reservation they had no problem making, but became a problem when I was dropped off. I made the reservation online and called to confirm all the details in the reservation were acceptable but when I arrived, "Sorry, I can't help you." I will go back to using Enterprise since you get what you pay for in customer service with them.

First time to ever use Budget. I’ve always used Enterprise. But, when Enterprise Conroe started playing games with my last rental, I decided to try this Budget location. I was really impressed. Friendly, fast, professional service. Car was better than expected—a new Acura SUV. Charges were exactly as expected. Zero games. Easy location right on I-45. Highly recommend.
