Our RV was stolen from this location. Come to find out they had a dummy camera when the police officer asked for video footage. I am beyond distraught as I run a rental business and i’ve been loosing money ever since. Super quick to ask for money but they don’t really put any thought or effort into beefing up security. Please please please stay away from this place. It’s a black hole when your asking for answers. There is a lady that lives right outside the gate who didn’t even seemed at all concerned when the officer was there, she just parked her car and mysteriously walked in, what kind of criminal activity are y’all running over there. The manager when asked if she knew anything about it she said well I don’t why you rented an outside space, which is most d*** thing a manager could say to a customer, no remorse, no concern, so basically i’ve been paying your facility to one day get my rv stolen behind access gates and my camper was locked up. 2 weeks prior got a voicemail from her stressing lock your rv, but made no mention if anything was happening that paying customers would need to know beside a dummy camera which was never made mention of. These are people’s lives you are playing with, and you don’t what they had to go through to get what they have, treat it like it’s your property too, show some sympathy, any one can operate 8-5 but you can’t call it customer service if you don’t take the time to listen to people’s needs and concerns. Please if you store your belongings here go somewhere else because it’s only a matter of time before you get robbed. Never thought anything like this would happen, you hear about it but it’s real here. Low cost means robbery here and not always a good thing, pay a little extra somewhere else to get some peace of mind. You all will be hearing from my attorney. Marvin Solomon

There should be a minus star to check, this is quit possibly the biggest dump storage facility in Conroe. I personally didn't rent from them. I have enough sense not to. I personally did go with a friend to get his things out of storage, well what was left of it. It was ransacked and most of it missing, so for the smart aí—í·= owner answers I say yes theft happens in today's society but when I / my friend / anyone pays a facility to put my/ their belongings there and you SAY there's on onsite manager and display signs that say cameras in use thats what your customer expects, that is exactly what your banking on too isn't it?

If there was a zero I would have this as the rating. My husband and I have a RV rental business, and we used this facility for storage. Tonight, April 24th, 2019, we found our rv trailer missing. We've completed a police report, called Ashley the representative for the facility and she stated that it's not her responsibility to keep up with the trailers, storages, or anything else that people pay their hard earned money for. She was beyond disrespectful and if I were you, I wouldn't rent any storage unit or trailer spot here because clearly they don't respect your property but just want your money. Also, they have dummy cameras and we didn't know that they didn't work but she did. This is a high risk facility!!!! Beware!!!!!!

I called an alternative number that is posted on the window of the business to notify the owner they have a huge pest infested storage. My husbands boat interior was ruined by rodents chewed up hoses, 5 floats that cost around 40.00 each, bass seat ,cup holders,carpet and the list goes on. We took several pictures of the damage. The owner never apologized or sound sympathetic about our personal items. I mentioned about a month ago we set traps because we noticed rat droppings and returned last night to a bigger mess. He goes on to tell me did you read your contract? I said to him my husband didn't read the contract but if you tell me you own 18 locations you can afford to pay your managers a few more dollars to go over paperwork. He could have at least offer to compensate one or two months free rent. His response ,ma'am if I did this for every person that called me about this problem and asked for compensation I would be out business. First off get yourself a better exterminator if you even hire a company that's goes out to your locations to spray. We no longer trust this place or owner. He only cares about $$$ well you will no longer have our business of 200.00 a month paid on time. If you can't afford to compensate at least one month for damages then your obviously hurting for money. And customer service isn't on top of your list. The amount wouldn't cover for the damages that rats in your units are now their nest. ****THIS OWNER WAS VERY RUDE AND HUNG UP ON ME****
