I was actually shocked at the ease of this process and the accommodating nature of the sales personnel to allow me to go and look at the units and decide which I was interested in. I looked at 4 different facilities and they were all clean, well maintained, and had quality security measures in place.
The app is easy to use for getting the gate open quickly when pulling a trailer so you’re not sticking out in the road or having to get out of the vehicle to punch in a code.

When I first rented my unit they were good. No complaints. Still no complaints about the unit itself. Their rates increased by $50 within 4 months after leasing my unit. When the location where my unit is located were doing some electrical work, they cut my lock without notifying me, which was the arrangement prior to any work being done in my unit. I called them regarding this and they didn’t know why this wasn’t communicated although the notes were in their system. I had to go purchase another lock which I was told I’d be refunded that amount. They said I would receive it within 3-5 days. I still haven’t received my refund and it’s been over 2 weeks. Ive contacted them several times with no resolution. I’ve emailed the CEO Gary Wojtaszek and kaitlyn twice with no response from either one of them regarding my refund. Not happy at all.

The units are what you need. Employees over the phone are great. Company wise I understand they want to save money. But they got rid off there trash dumpster and water from the water hoses they have. We all threw stuff we didn't want in our storage anymore in the dumpster. Used the water to wash our hands.

Tahra was very nice but she put me in a storage unit that is way too far from my home. It is a 28 mile round trip trek that is costing me a lot of money in diesel fuel and an hour or so round trip. Also the unit is filthy. I'm very unhappy with the unit.

I called in and Christe C. answered the call. She was very polite and helpful with all the questions I had. The storage area is a 10 x 20 ft which was adequate for my needs. Enough room for a Camry Toyota some boxes. The space was clean and well maintained. The entry has a key pad entry and all concrete driveway. I'm very satisfied with storage and recommend RecNation.

A suprise 316% rate increase within using them for 3 months. I will definitely be taking by business elsewhere. Customer service was not helpful and no refund or prorates even at the beginning of the month. This place is a joke.
