I thought going to the Deerbrook location would it be so much better than the rest of them but boy was I wrong!! Not only is this store a hot mess but as soon as you pull up I swear you would think you were in Greenspoint.. Outside of the store and the parking lot are so filthy I didn't even want to get out my car..

My worst shopping experience happened on 01/04. I found a hoodie on clearance, waited 20 minutes in line, only for the cashier to remove the clearance price at checkout, claiming it was a mistake. She then asked if I wanted to pay the full price instead. I ended up leaving without it. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
