“It really is a shame how they do their Boudin. The fact that they think they have a right to make it this good is really very disrespectful. My wife said this is some of the best Boudin she’s ever tasted and I hate that for many of the shops that we’ve gone to in Louisiana. That’s too bad. We will be back. Will probably try their Cajun butter next time! Didn’t get photos of the boudin because my wife scarfed it down.”
