Caliber Collision at the Conroe location is professional and courteous. Shout out to the team there - they are well informed and are were able to answer or help with any questions I had during the process. They worked well with my insurance provider to make the process easy to get my car back on the road.

Ran over something on the freeway at night and banged up sheetmetal.
Caliber took it in and fixed my damage. Kept me updated thru the process keeping my Honda on the road and perfect shape.

The Conroe Texas facility was the worst experience I could just about imagine. They did not perform all work as specified by insurance and tried to blame me for not pointing it out. They were attempting to charge for repairs not made. When picking up my truck I discovered dents in my driver there that were not there prior to leaving with the shop. There is trash in the new clear coat in two locations. I attempted to contact the regional manager with no response back. I also sent an email to the community manager email with response from that either.
I would not recommend this shop to anyone. Customer service and quality of work is sub-par.
