“Like every Friday, today I went to wash my car at AQUA. Everything was great as always, but this time something happened that I just have to share—because it says so much about the people running this place, especially the manager, Grant.
After finishing the car wash, I started cleaning the inside. I began on the driver's side and when I closed the door to move to the passenger side, I realized the doors were locked. My keys, purse, and phone were all inside! Total panic. No phone, no money, no way to call anyone. I tried everything I could to open it, but nothing worked, so I went to the office for help.
That’s where I met Grant, the manager. I explained what had happened and even though he told me the person who might help with that wouldn't be in until later, he didn’t even hesitate—he asked where I lived and offered to drive me home to get my spare key (luckily I live just 6 miles away in Artavia). On the way, I told him this had never happened to me before, and he was so kind and reassuring, telling me there’s a first time for everything and helping me feel calmer.
Thanks to him, I was able to pick up my key and get everything back on track. This experience reminded me that excellent service isn’t just about how well they wash your car—it’s about the kind of people who are there when you need them most.

“Hands down one of the best hand carwash places I’ve been to. They were fast I pulled in told them what I needed done they got on it right away. Pretty reasonable with price too. I’m very meticulous about my vehicles and you can tell they take pride in what they do here. I will be coming back and recommend them to all my friends and family”
“I took my car to be detailed inside and out. It was one of the 100 degree days. The attendants were friendly and while some don't speak English, they quickly called over someone who could. It takes a few hours so hubby and I went to breakfast and did some errands. The car was ready when we went back. They did a wonderful job. There was a little bit of hazing on the exterior due to the wax residue. The interior, trunk, and tires were clean and shiny! The cost was under $100!!! Definitely worth the cost. The small areas of wax haze may have been due to the heat of the day. I would take my car back again.”
“Love this location great car wash well maintained, always stocked, and decent price. Only thing I'm not a fan of is they give coins instead of quarters so either you have to figure out exactly what you need or keep track of the extras for next time.”

“I like this self service car wash. There is one in Seagoville TX that does a minute for 2 and a half minutes. Hot City was the closest I could get. 2 dollars for 4 minutes.
I will be frequenting here anytime I need a wash”

“The new location manager v, is so professional and friendly, brought my car here to get washed, and cleaned initially they missed a few spots the first time. She personally took care of it and threw in a bit extra for my inconvenience and remained respectful all while I'm cursing her out lol.

“I usually go to whitewater express car wash and get the basic car wash which makes the car look clean but not sparkling which means i have to do extra effort to remove those water spots.. which makes me exhausted and dehydrated. Yesterday i mistakenly reached at the white water car wash thinking ocean car wash is also at the same location. But the employee told me its further ahead about 5 miles from there on loop 336.
Then i instantly decided to drive up there because i had s coupon for a free car wash worth of $20.
Upon reaching there, i found the service quick n easy… and i think at the end, there was a wax spray also which made my car look ABSOLUTELY DAZZLING !!!!
I m very satisfied with ocean, its worth $20. I would continue to get my car washed at ocean since i don’t have to do too much hard work and get AMAZING RESULTS !!!!
