I went looking for some winter clothes for my kids this past weekend, and Alexis was so helpful. She was so welcoming upon arrival, she let us know all about the discounts and promotions they had going on, and answered any questions we had. She really went above and beyond, and was so helpful.

the associate that checked us out at the counter named TISHA was very rude and had a horrible attitude. No greeting or anything, she just looks at us and says “YOU READY??” and then proceeds to give attitude when asking about the rewards program. When we were done, the lady behind us came up and suddenly Tisha’s all sweet and asked her POLITELY “can i get your phone number ?” … she also was complaining about having to clean up the store. we did not make a mess, we didn’t give anyone a hard time, all we did was mind our business, pick out our stuff and check out. the only difference between me and the lady behind me was that she was white and i am not.

No greetings as my husband and I walked in. As we went to pay, my husband pulled his card out of the machine too soon and the manager who was training the new associate blares out “DID IT SAY DECLINED ?” Like excuse me ? Do you not see this line of people behind us? Is it your goal to financially embarrass your customers ? Have some manners… does it look like we can’t afford clothes at freaking Carters …. HA ! out of all places. Seriously get a grip. Time for a team meeting ??

I placed an Online order and since 1 of my items was out of stock they canceled my whole order instead of giving me the items that were in stock. I went back in and placed the order making the item that was out of stock for a 9 month old to a 1 year old. After I did this then all of my items that were canceled on the first order were available in the same size I previously ordered. So if you place an order with Carter's and 1 item is out of stock you will not get any of your items - they just cancel the whole order. This is horrible Customer Service. When you call the store they don't care and when you call Customer Service it is not any better. Save your Money and Go Elsewhere.

No greetings as we walking in the door. Most importantly, misleading advertisement. I received an advertisement stating certain sale price online and in store. Their prices in store were not the same. I brought it to the attention of the employee, she said their prices vary from store to store but said I could look for the item online and they would give me the price. I cant stand around and search every item online for them to price match? Waste of time, and false advertisement.

Shelby @ the 3083 Conroe Market Place Carters was wonderful! I came into the store looking for something very specific. She helped me find exactly what we needed. Shelby also took the time to wrap a gift I found while in store. She went above and beyond and it was so appreciated!

They have bathrooms for staff, but closed due to covid.... denied a three year old the bathroom... "A HEALTH RISK". A) it is no more a health risk than being open. B) If CARTER'S offers *curbside* and *mail delivery* for people who are concerned about exposure, then people "taking the risk to go in store" shouldn't be denied access to the bathrooms, especially a child at a children's store!!! C) Also, if it is about being a health risk and cleanliness, the staff that is PAID to work can clean a bathroom (not hard to keep up with) a few times a day. Staff needs some compassion. Carter's needs to change their regulations. No one with CDC or WHO says to close bathrooms. It's okay, go to the Children's Place next door. You won't regret it!

It is not. If they don't want my business other stores do. Most anywhere in Montgomery County you can shop without a mask.
