I love the way Cato's clothes fit me and that the prices are fair so that's why I shop here. But the people that work here need to be trained on customer service. I always get wierd looks and stares with no can I help you from anyone which makes it a very uncomfortable shopping experience. I came in late one night and I could feel the attitude from the older white lady they had putting clothes up as soon as I walked in. She said something under her breath and continued to give me wierd looks. On the other hand, helps inspire me to lose weight so I can definently shop somewhere else .I don't know how much longer I'll actually keep putting up with it before going somewhere else, it's almost too strange. I'm only giving 2 stars because I like the clothes.

I have been to this store several times. I like their clothes and their prices. Cato Stores are always clean and well organized. I would like to express my appreciation for the employees. They go out of their way to help each and every customer. I will definitely return to this store.

I love shopping at CATO. I travel a lot so I've visited CATO stores in several places. The customer service at the Uvalde, Texas store goes above and beyond. If they don't have something in your size, they offer to find it and have it sent to the store. The Conroe store looked for my item and told me where I could find it since I needed it right away. I love the Pearland store, they always have a great selection and they are always very friendly. The Del Rio store is nice as well. The customer service at the Kerrville, Texas store was not as good as other stores I have been to but not horrible. The San Antonio stores always have great selections and excellent customer service. I love that I'm able to find business casual clothes at affordable prices. Thank you so much!

I been shopping at Cato’s for years never had a problem. But today i racial profile the young lady Toy literally watch my every move. I went to the junior side she follow me to that side. We in 2026 and still being racial profile.

Poor experience. I’ve always shopped at CATO and go almost every month. However, I don’t think I’ll support this store anymore. I bought some shoes in February and NEVER wore them but I got busy with work before I knew it it’s April. My receipt says I have 60 days to return it for the original price, after 60 days the refund will be at current price. The cashier took one look at the date and didn’t even try to think it through when saying “I can’t do it because it’s passed 30 days”. I pointed out that my receipt says *above conditions of less or more 60days* and asked if she could do anything, an exchange, put it on a card like TARGET, anything. She didn’t even take a second to think because she is just focused on “we changed out receipt policy, it’s passed 30 days”. They changed that apparently during my VALID return period. After 30 days I guess she couldn’t even offer a solution for that like the original receipt rule says. The shoes are BRAND NEW, haven’t taken them out of box since I bought them and even brought it in the bag it came it- untouched.

Walked in here on a Saturday evening. The employees were very rude and didn't even acknowledge my presence. A black girl and an older lady . .you don't want my business that's fine but you ALL need to he trained on customer service!!!!

Employee number 103 ( older heavy set lady with gray shoulder length hair ) at the Conroe store needs a serious refresher course in customer service. I know everyone has a bad day but I shop at that store enough to know she is rude more so than not. I normally don't complain I just let it go because there's a couple other employees there that are very pleasant and wonderful to deal with. But today she was exceptionally rude. Slamming things, snatching things, not acknowledging customers when they say hello or thank you, mumbling to herself. I'm hoping maybe Cato's has some resources where they can possibly get her some help because she is a very unhappy human being.

I had an amazing experience during my first visit here. Lilie greeted me as soon as I came in the door. She offered to carry my items to the register and was just a delight during checkout. Customer service was a 10!!!

Walked in and spoke to the young lady. A slight smile was returned. Walked by the lady leaning on the stockroom door frame and cashiers. No acknowledgement. Customer service needs a lot of work.

I am only giving this store one Star because of one of the managers. The rest of the employees are great. She is very unpleasant to deal with. She is not good with customer service at all. If she is not in the store then you can enjoy your shopping.
