Chelsea Gatlin is the most professional, kind and compassionate banker I have ever worked with. She treated us like we were the most important people she'd ever met with. The interior of the bank has had a makeover as well, and the tellers are professional and kind as well.

Unfortunately, long lines, drive through is not working at the moment.
There’s associates gathered in the front entrance welcoming us, but not enough tellers.

While on vacation and all other major banks were taking appointments this Chase branch was AMAZING! J.J. took our names and saw what he could do. Also continued to keep us informed about availability. Awesome man. Before the day was over everyone worked with us. We got in to see Chelsea Gatlin and 2 new accounts opened. Needless to say the other 2 banks that didn't have time for us that week lost our accounts. Not going to miss them either. Thank you so much for taking the time love that!!!

My fiance and I opened a new account with Anna P. and it was a great experience. Anna was awesome! Her customer service skills are top tier. She not only takes care of business, she takes time out to get to know her customers and build a rapport. If you ever need to open a joint account, ask for Anna. She will treat you very well! She's a sweetheart!

I agree with you, the men here are very enthusiastic, but the women look down on the customers and don't show any concern for them. They always complain about being tired and crowded, so they should quit their jobs. fit.

Business customer trying to add an account and open an investment account. After numerous emails and calls confirming the meeting set weeks ago, 45 minutes before the meeting I was called to cancel because of a "personal reason" for their investment banker. Completely unprofessional and total disregard for the time and effort made to arrange my schedule in order to make this meeting. You have to do better Chase.

The bank manager at this location is completely unprofessional and unhelpful! Chase froze and restricted our account for NO REASON! They said they would not allow any deposits or withdrawals, this was on a Friday. Then they allowed our paychecks to deposit anyways and wouldn’t allow us to withdraw the money! The manager barely made a 2 minute call to “back office”, this flagged our account, then WE had to call Chase fraud department and wait for them to send us our money. This manager had no idea what he’s doing and refused to help us further!

04/18/2024-I had to have past info on my account from years ago. I called and spoke with T.J. over the phone. He was very patient and professional. He explained in detail-as I am not computer savvy-what I needed to do. He made it so simple and easy! I really appreciate TJ taking the time-esp near closing-to go above and beyond his job to help me. He is such an asset to this bank.
