Called try to stop payment on a check and could not reach a live person at the local branch. Called the 800 number that I was given for a call center and asked to be assisted canceling a check. They were given my bank acct # and social security number address, previous address but then wanted my pin #. I did not feel secure giving out all of this over the phone. I have not ever been asked for those things to try to cancel a check.

Coming to this bank was a huge mistake. They are rude and dismissive on a mistake Peter one of their employees made. The branch manager is no help and acts like It's and inconvenience to help me the customer. Multiple calls and visit to the branch and still no help.

Extremely disappointed in their customer service. Both Peter the teller and Devon the manager were extremely rude and dismissive. Devon accepted a cash deposit (for my rent) a month ago and didn’t inform me of their bank policy. I returned today and was told they couldn’t accept cash. It was 17 minutes before closing on Friday evening and they expected me to go back to my bank to get either a check or money order and back so that they could “help” with my deposit. I understand rules and procedures and I’m all for them; my issue was that I wasn’t informed the first go around, and their attitude was very arrogant and disdainful. Not worth doing business at this branch.

Andrew was very efficient, detailed, and friendly when helping my husband and I set up a new account! He took us in on short notice and got us taken care of pretty quickly. Great start to being a new customer with Chase! (: Thanks Andrew!

Fix the ATM. I don’t understand why this has been an issue for so long. We have to wait in lines to deposit money or get cash for no reason.

Awesome Chase branch. From branch manager to all the tellers-everyone working at this branch goes out if their way to give outstanding service to everyone who walks in their door. Stands out and above any other branches in the area.

Today is 07/08/2023 . I love chase hundred percent but what I encounter with the gentleman that said he’s a branch manager today is crazy. Thank God for a wonderful man Peter who took over when the manager say so don’t know his job . Peter wonderful job to you and chase bank must be proud having you . Remain forever blessed Peter.

Terrible. I would give them no stars if I could. Terminals are always not working. I have duplicate charges and was told to wait 12 to 24 hours to get it back and when I didn’t they changed it to 3 to 5 business days. The whole reason this happened is their fault to begin with. I had to stop my card due to charges I didn’t make and was told getting a new one would fix it. Apparently that customer service person was wrong too and this lead to being double charged. So I was told wrong information twice and this is obviously the banks fault and yet I have to wait to get money that was STOLEN FROM ME!! I don’t make a lot of money and I’m always on a budget so there is no waiting for money that belongs to me. I need it now not 3 to 5 days from now and I certainly don’t appreciate being told wrong information.
