Had appt for 11:45 and showed up on time. After 10 Min and of waiting, we were told the group ahead of us was near the tail end of their meeting. Another 15 minutes went by so we decided to leave. Suddenly, the staff wanted to help us.
This is the 2nd time we tried to get my wife on the bank account a new account for my newborn son. First time, there were roadblocks that could have been cleared prior and we weren’t made aware of that document requirements before meeting.
This bank has wasted (2) separate appointments for me-about 1 hour in last2 weeks combined

Seriously ridiculous going on one hour waiting to do something simple and people literally doing nothing in their offices.

Get a way to receive phone calls! Wasted an hour of time fuel and mileage because they don’t have a way of receiving calls so I can find out if this branch had an available banker at 3pm!

Opened a local small business and chose Chase based on all their marketing where they promote our dream being their dream....very disappointed in this branch and their total lack of interest in even visiting our small business. Every time we go in it's as though we are strangers they've never met. Miss that personal touch and at least some sign of interest in what we're doing..

Was unable to use the restroom since it was employees only. The manager James W. Said if it was an emergency I could use it. I guess peeing on my pants is not an emergency.
