I recently downloaded the Cinnabon app and created an account. Upon doing so, I was given a reward for a free 4ct BonBites. I originally came to this location to redeem the T-Mobile Tuesdays offer (free 16oz coffee, but this location does not offer coffee apparently). Before I pressed ‘redeem’ on my Cinnabon app, I asked the employee if they had the BonBites which she said yes. I then pressed redeem and showed the employee the QR code and she looked at me like I had 27 heads and arms. The employee then proceeded to say that she doesn’t know what that is and isn’t aware of the owner allows/permits rewards to be redeemed at this location. So I asked if she could call the owner/manager and the employee said no. Horrible customer service. What’s the point of having an establishment and not being able to perform all services. Garbage.
