As a food service professional I've dealt with many uniform and linen supply companies, and Cintas, at least this unit, is the worst I've ever dealt with. At first, we were very excited about Cintas. Their sales rep did a great job signing us up. After that, things went south. We ordered white chefs coats, which after the first wash came back gray. I called our sales rep several times and never received a call back. I then called the office and was directed to a manager. The manager told me I needed to contact the driver. Seriously? You're the manager. So, I contact the driver, the driver contacts the production manager, who blames us for the gray chefs coats. I then had to cancel the chefs coats after being charged for dirty chef coats we never wore, for over a months worth of "service". Our rugs were constantly coming in dirty, warped, and wrinkled. They never left enough towels or aprons, and the driver would come and go without speaking with me so I could communicate our issues. Sometimes they never brought rugs, but would charge us anyway. Oftentimes, the driver would leave our invoice laying in a random place, when my office was very accessible to him. After several attempts to correct the situation, I finally sent a 60 day termination notice. That corrected the situation for quite awhile, then covid19 hit. Although we were closed for several weeks they still continued to send us an invoice without even providing any kind of service. I spoke with a manager, who put our account on hold and gave us credit for previous weeks. Several months later we were able to reopen, so we called to have our service started again. Two weeks went by with no service, so we decided to cancel. I called the driver who said he was on vacation. I called the office and they said a manager would get back to me. No manager ever got back to me, but a manager emailed our business office a two months later asking if we'd like to restart our service. I called the number for the manager who sent the email and left a message that we had canceled. He never returned my call. I called a few more times and never received a call back, but started receiving invoices again for a service they weren't providing. The dirty laundry from March sits in our boiler room to this day, and it is now October. I called the office again last week and the receptionist said she would have a manager call me. Still no call from management. I called their office again yesterday, spoke to the same woman and told her if someone doesn't pick up stuff by Friday, it would all go to the dumpster. Still no call from management. I called the manager again today, no answer, no return phone call. I called the driver who said he thought they had picked it up already and he would come pick it up today. Now we wait. If you are thinking about using Cintas for any of your business needs. ANY. Run far, far away. Don't sign anything. Don't get locked in with these clowns, they have no idea how to run a business. Use Admiral, Aramark... ANYBODY! I guarantee you will regret doing any business with these people. The only person who did their job was the receptionist I spoke with. Good luck!
