Rich and his Team helped us through the mortgage process. We had a couple of issues but Rich had solutions. He is a problem solver and always kept us updated. Rich has a great team, they worked with us and made the process very smooth. When I buy another home, I hope to use Rich and Team again. It is really nice to have a local mortgage company where you can stop by the office, sign papers and see a real human.
