Candace and her team are very friendly, informative and overall incredible and we cannot thank them enough for helping us switch to a more cost-effective car insurance provider!The whole process was so seamless and the communication with her entire team, including Kristen and Colt were fantastic. Started off great, but after being a customer for a year I started feeling that it was a bait and switch with ever increasing rates and less than acceptable communication when I started to question my rate around renewal time. Only seemed interested in connecting with customers when it was time to collect money.

Candace was amazingly helpful! She explained details of insurance that I've never been informed of in 40 years of buying insurance. Everything she told me was verified by outside sources. We can't speak highly enough of Colt Metz and his outstanding abilities. We have been with Colt for two years now, and he has taken the fear and anxiety out of being a Dump Truck driver looking for insurance! He is very informative.
