My service with the store was good, the manager was really friendly and respectful. The customer service was great and my clothes stay cleaned. Overall this is a great store!

If I could give them less than one star I would. First time dropping off clothes there, and they ruined one of my white shirts. HUGE yellow stain. Husband brought the shirt back, and they “investigated” to make sure we didn’t bring it in that way, then it was sent off again and returned with no resolution. I’m not mad about the shirt, rather the lack of professionalism and not offering to refund our money for their mistake. Later on I checked one of my suits and found other spots. We will not be returning to this location, especially since nothing is done on site. My hopes are to find a good, locally owned cleaners that still believes in providing good customer service.
