Jordan was a pleasure to work with. Front desk is very helpful. But the cleanliness of the room has been a problem. 1st room had makeup and stains on the sheets. Had to switch rooms because they have a roach problem. 2nd room I had to get clean sheets because of stains and loose hair all over. The front desk and staff have been helpful to fix the issues. Just too many issues and I still have a few more days to stay here.

I stayed here recently with my kid, and I have to say—it was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had in a long time. The pool was a huge highlight for both of us. Not only did my kid have a blast, but we also made some real progress learning how to swim, which was a personal win!
What really stood out, though, was the incredible staff. The front desk lady was kind enough to let us stay in the pool longer than expected, past check out time for the room. That small gesture meant a lot. I'm pretty sure she is the manager there.
Later that night, I ran out of ketchup for my kid’s dinner and didn’t expect much at that hour—but the night shift lady came through with a few off-the-books ketchup packets. It might seem like a small thing, but that kind of thoughtfulness and care really makes a place special.
Everyone we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. We'll definitely be coming back!

The young lady at the front desk Jordyn is super attentive to our needs and went over and beyond to help us as a group with fans to help cool the breakfast room we all love her.

We stay here 3 times a year with a large group for the HERPS Reptile Expo. Jordan has always gone above and beyond to make our stay great! We have been booking here for over 10 years and will continue to do so. The owners are accommodating and always helpful. Definitely recommend!

We have been live at this place for a little while until our house is ready and my mom is so comfortable here every time she started searching for her keys I know to go back to the car and get them. Were very comfortable. I highly recommend this stay

I got to give credit to this place.. super nice people. Let us check in early and then even open the pool for us to swim even tho it was closed. So this is for y'all going the extra mile.. thank u from my family and we will be back for sure! Y'all get ya a room here it's a good place with good people. Thanks again!Noteworthy details: Like I said the staff was super nice and did everything they could for us to have a good stay. The rooms were clean and big also. Good spot to get some rest.

This place is kinda out dated a little bit but the staff keep it very clean and pleasant. (Mr. Richard) is a good man, very helpful, very professional. It's quite it's affordable, very comfortable the location is perfect shopping outlets right next door and major department stores up the highway.Thank you ....Safety: Safe area. Very well patrolled, very clean.
