Conroe Animal Shelter is an open-intake facility for lost and surrendered animals. The staff is helpful, nice, professional, and caring. The facility is clean and the animals look healthy. Many services are offered aside from adoption, such as veterinary shots and microchipping, with excellent service and home care directions provided. The shelter also provides crucial care for animals during family emergencies. It is a place where families find missing pets and adopt sweet animals. Seeing all the animals needing homes is heartbreaking, and donations are accepted. The shelter's goal is to place all adoptable animals in forever homes, and it comes highly recommended.

Everyone was helpful. Didn’t realize they offered so many services aside from adoption. Donated a bag of dog food. Heartbreaking to see all the animals needing homes.

Ive been there off & on since my grandaughter & I visited years ago. We found her missing dog that blessed day! All the staff has always been very nice & professional.
