i got the cutest sweetest kitten from here and the staff was so lovely and helpful! i will forever be grateful to have found the light of my life here at this shelter.

If I can put a 0 star review, I would definitely do it. The recepcionist is so rude and the customer service is terrible. I went there to leave a puppy that I found in the street, she asked me for my DL and when she gave me back the DL, she literally threw it.

Don’t even take animals to this shelter who knows how bad they treat them in there I went today with my mother around 12 because she found some kittens without a momma by her house yesterday evening and as soon as we arrived they were so rude this girl with short blonde hair opened the door and told me to put the kittens back in the car and it was really hot then when we went back in there she was looking at us up and down being snappy and asking us questions with a bad attitude and there was a guy next to her so unprofessional just looking at us and laughing I guess because I was translating to my mother that doesn’t speak English and also they there was another lady in there look like she was the manager just looking at us in a bad way and not saying anything to the girl treating us bad so I just left that place and took the kittens because if they have that attitude who know how bad they are going to treat those babies

Everyone was helpful. Didn’t realize they offered so many services aside from adoption. Donated a bag of dog food. Heartbreaking to see all the animals needing homes.

Ive been there off & on since my grandaughter & I visited years ago. We found her missing dog that blessed day! All the staff has always been very nice & professional.

We adopted a female cat from here about 2 weeks ago. Our adoption process felt very rushed by the staff member and it seemed they were under staffed. We were told that within 10 days if we didn’t want to keep the female cat we could return her and select another animal within 60 days or we would have to accept the payment loss/keep her. After 2 weeks (more than 10 days) we decided to bite the bullet and return her and accept the payment loss because things weren’t working out. I was then told the animal shelter wouldn’t accept her because we live in the next county over… I feel like that should’ve been something we were told up front. Funny how we were allowed to adopt the animal while living in another county but cannot return her because we live in a different county.

got a cat from here this weekend she’s super sweet the, and the staff was nice. the animals looked healthy and the facility was clean, i highly recommend getting a pet from here
