Wonderful shop with difficult to find items. Very unreliable hours of business. I’ve arrived several times during normal listed business hours only to find they are closed; no notes as to why on the door. I need to find a reliable source locally.

Went in to buy two screws, washers and bolts to replace on my bicycle seat as they had fallen out over time. Not only did they find what I needed perfectly, they GAVE them to me!! That’s right- FREE OF CHARGE!! Granted, I know two bolts, two washers and two nuts aren’t going to equate to more than about 3 dollars but I still was astounded by their customer service. I work at Lowe’s but I will be coming back here anytime I need anything they sell.
